Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requirements:  If you wish to cancel your registration for any pre-paid videoconferences, please do so in writing to cancellations@Louix.org. Cancellations must be received at least three days prior to the conference. There will be no refund given for cancellations received less than three days prior to the conference. For cancellations of monthly subscriptions, you must provide written notice, as above, at least three days prior to the first videoconference of the month. An administrative fee of USD$5.00 applies for all cancellations.

Single-call cancellations:  If you register for a single videoconference and provide notice of cancellation in accordance with the above requirements, you will receive a refund of USD$20.00, less the administrative fee.

Two-call package cancellations:  If you purchase two videoconferences and provide notice of cancellation before the first conference, in accordance with the above requirements, you will receive a refund of USD$35.00, less the administrative fee. If you attend the first conference and provide notice of cancellation before the second conference, in accordance with the above requirements, you will be charged USD$20.00 for the first conference, and receive a refund of USD$15.00, less the administrative fee.

Monthly subscription cancellations:  If you subscribe to the monthly program and provide notice of cancellation before the first videoconference in the month, in accordance with the above requirements, you will receive a refund of USD$30.00, less the administrative fee. If you attend the first conference and provide notice of cancellation before the second conference, in accordance with the above requirements, you will be charged USD$20.00 for the first conference, and receive a refund of USD$10.00, less the administrative fee.

Cancellations by us:  If we need to cancel a videoconference for any reason, you have the option to apply your payment to the next conference, or be entitled to a full refund for the cancelled call (USD$20.00 for single-call cancellations; $17.50 for two-call package cancellations). Monthly subscribers will be given a refund of USD$15.00 for any call cancelled by us.

Videoconference FAQ's

Do I need special equipment to participate in a teleconference? We kindly ask that you do not record the program. A link to a downloadable MP3 recording of the call will be sent to all paid registrants as our gift to you.

May I record the teleconference?  Within 10 days after a conference call, all paid registrants will receive, via e-mail, a downloadable MP3 recording of the teleconference. Thus, if you are unable to join the live call, you will be able to listen to a recorded version.

What if I am registered for a call but cannot attend? All paid registrants for conference calls will receive, via e-mail within 10 days after the call, a downloadable MP3 recording of the teleconference. Thus, if you are unable to join the live call, your recorded copy will be forthcoming.

What if I wish to cancel a call or calls?
Please read the Cancellation Policy, above.

Will I receive confirmation of my teleconference order?
You will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Additionally, prior to the program, each registrant is e-mailed complete teleconference details: dial-in access information (toll-free phone number and event access code).
