The same dynamic can be found in the New Age movement. The pursuit of enlightenment, ascension, bi-location, teleportation, etc. are all pursuits of false gods. They are attachments and distractions of the mind. Desires are acts of Separation. Inherent in one’s desire for anything is the belief that one lacks something and, therefore, needs something. Thus, desire places an object of pursuit before God which, in turn, distances one even further from God.

Desire not the fruits of life with God.
Desire, instead, life with God.

Life with The Beloved is not about enlightenment. It is about falling so completely in love with Creation that you are in Oneness with everything in any given moment. Then the next moment comes and you fall in love all over again. What if it is God’s will that you do not attain enlightenment in this embodiment? Does that mean you fail? No. The only desire worth having is to become consumed by God’s love. Place no conditions upon what that looks like. God is love. Thus, yearn to know love, to feel love, to express love, and to become love—beyond limit. If that means enlightenment, then accept it. If it means being married, single, gay, straight, rich, poor, with or without kids, famous or unknown, accept that too. It does not matter. Those titles, positions, and attributes are simply what God needs to play this game of chess with your lives. Furthermore, all those attainments of the material world are gone forever in the instant you transit your physical form, from a life whose entirety only amounts to one blink of your soul’s eternal eye.

God does not need six billion people enlightened in this decade, or in this century for that matter. God needs a surrendered, willing heart that says, “Use me according to Thy will.” There are countless people who are not enlightened Masters, yet live so completely in rapture with God, and it blesses everything they do. I have seen many working in hotels and restaurants. The love I see oozing out of them almost brings Me to tears. Some of them are going home to screaming children, no money, and fifteen people living in a one-room box of a house with no windows; yet, they walk in grace because they feel the love of God constantly in their hearts. They see it, and insist on seeing it, in every single thing they do. That is the magic which helps them transcend their circumstance. Many of them have never read a book on ascension and might think enlightenment is what happens when you flip the light switch on a wall. Do you think it matters? Do you think they care? Their focus is on God, not on His gifts.

Love is what everyone is seeking. The irony is that all have the power to have it in any moment. Many just do not give themselves permission, partly because they do not believe that they can have it. Most have been taught that life is about having to attain something. Others believe that, once they become enlightened, then they will have that love. But it is the other way around. It is the love which leads one into enlightenment.

No moment lives beyond the confines of itself. All that matters is to fill each moment with the highest amount of love you can muster, then ache to give even more. It is in these moments that you are in Oneness. It is in these moments that you are living life with The Beloved.

You are entitled to your own judgments, opinions, and feelings. None are wrong, none are right, but they are simply that—judgments, opinions, and feelings. As you continue to more fully accept My invitation to see them as that, while at the same time seeing all circumstances in your life as God’s will unfolding perfectly—by your own soul’s decree and in your own soul’s delight, even while you may experience torment or upset—your soul delights and invites you to do the same, for all that you can see, smell, and touch with your five primary senses is all illusion.

What lies beyond most mortal’s capabilities (or practices, I should say, for all are capable) is what is real—that which can be perceived by the purely loving heart, by the soul’s intuitive powers, and by the sacred gifts which lie dormant within the consciousnesses of most all human beings… in other words, the unseen hand and word of God. That is what is real.

May you come to know, see, feel, and experience more and more of that world, which is your world, which is all that is real. May you come to accept, with unconditional love, non-judgment, and non-attachment all that tempts your five lower senses into believing the unreal as being real.

This process of Divine cause and effect is, likewise, unavoidable. Many people, quite simply, do not like this. They want to luxuriate upon receiving the blessing of so great a Love, but they loathe and despise having to become accountable to that Love. There is an age-old adage, “Much will be given, and much will be demanded.” And while it is true that the Love of all loves knows only to give and give without asking in return, it is not the Giver who demands (as most ignorantly accuse), but the self-replicating, all-perfecting, ever-radiating nature—itself—of the love given, which demands loyalty, obedience, and servitude. Whenever there is resistance to this Universal Law of cause and effect, pain and suffering results. It is a virtual impossibility, however, to have one without the other. The very nature of God’s love is that it first reflects, and then perfects, all that is not of that Love.

It is the nature of God’s love to refine and reform. Thus, I ask that you feel blessed, and that you acknowledge yourselves with pride for having called forth this opportunity for personal growth and expansion. Remember, it is the squeaking wheel that gets the grease. How could you NOT face growth as a result of such an extended exposure to the all-transforming power and presence of God’s love? Be in joy.

I understand, and have great compassion for, the fact that pain often accompanies growth. Consider the pain that many women experience during childbirth. Is there any more profound example of this dynamic in all the world? Look at the new, perfect creation of God that comes forth in spite of, and in many ways because of, all that some mothers endure. The journey to God-realization is, itself, a birthing process. The gestating fetus to which you are giving birth is the full, radiant divinity that has long lain dormant within yourself. It is also important to realize that pain is not a prerequisite for growth. Where there is surrender, there is no pain, regardless of circumstance. This applies to the birthing of an infant, as well as to the birthing of divine consciousness.

My focus is upon two things only: guiding you through the lessons you have brought to My feet, and gifting the world (in answer to its prayer and its cry) with My love and wisdom, the dearth of which has been the cause of much heartache, confusion, hopelessness, and suffering. That is what is real. The rest is all illusion.

I love you with all My heart, with all that I AM. Forever do you remain in My embrace, and forever is My blessing upon you.

May these words bring you joy, upliftment, and a renewed sense of hope and inner peace.

Everything that happens to us, and everything we do, occurs solely for the purpose of our God-realization. Thus, suicide is yet another life lesson, a life experience from which we learn and grow and expand into higher and more loving consciousness. Furthermore, all choices we make come with consequences and create karma, either positive or negative. The same is true with suicide. It is a form of murder, the murder of one’s own holy body; thus, a tremendous karma is incurred. It is a rather moot point to even mention that because anyone who has become so forlorn, depressed, and in despair, as to no longer place any intrinsic value upon the greatest gift ever given to a soul by the Creator, is not even thinking about karma, much less concerned about it. Therefore, I will not spend any more time addressing the karmic aspect. Suffice to say that all our choices bear consequences in the great cycle of life.

Does that mean suicide is a “right” course of action to resolve a hopeless situation, because it is “just” another life lesson? First of all, it is important not to speak in terms of right and wrong, good and bad. From most perspectives, it is a very sad and tragic “loss,” regardless of the perfection in all things. Just to put minds at ease, God does not view suicide as bad or wrong or ugly. God is the constant emanation of unconditional love and acceptance and adoration. At the same time, if you want to personify God and see Him/Her as the Divine and loving parent, there would of course be a sadness in the way any truly loving parent would view the loss of its child… though God looks at a lot of things that way (i.e. with sadness), in the personified understanding of God as parent:  when people turn their backs on God; when people constantly choose to act non-lovingly when they could so easily be loving; when people choose to betray themselves by making very unwise or foolish choices, when they know better. God views all those things as very sad and tragic. But, again, that’s looking at God in a personified sense.

God, as seen and understood in terms of the Creator, as the constant and consummate emanation of unconditional love, sees and accepts suicide as one more life lesson that people have chosen to undergo. This is completely independent of consequences that the individual (who has taken his/her life) would incur. Now, does that mean I am advocating it as an option, a solution to one’s problems? Absolutely not! And I will now elaborate as to why.

One of the very hallmarks of My teachings is the universal principle that everything is forgivable, and everything is redeemable. By definition, then, suicide is no exception… and this is true. It is also true that some people reach a point in life, whereby they believe—to the very core of their being—that they do not have any other choice, any other way out. They believe they have lost all hope. Here is where the crux of this discourse comes into play.

Before I continue, and to circumvent any judgments readers may have of My writing these words from a didactic perspective only, I would like to make some important clarifications. For decades I have been communing with and assisting many souls having just left their embodiments—as well as those contemplating this tragic crime against Love, against oneself—helping them to understand, and helping them find their way again. And from the human perspective, I have had much experience with this subject. In My teens, I went through a period during which I contemplated taking My own life. I also had the huge undertaking of having to save the life of a dear friend in college, whom I found lying in the grass one night after having just overdosed. Keeping her awake and having to watch her go through that ordeal was extremely painful. Almost ten years later, this scenario played out again while I was living in Hollywood; this time, however, the victim was My very dearest and closest friend and soul mate in the world… and he called Me well into his overdose. I barely got him to the hospital in time to save him—he was already unconscious, and then I had to watch the hideous stomach pumping, and all the other graphic and horrific aspects (which I will omit here) that accompany this ordeal—the worst of which is what it did to his body (and to his mind). Finally, I lost My only son to suicide in 2007, at the tender age of 15. Words fall infinitely short of describing the toll that event took on My life and on the lives of all our family.

What I want to say to all those who are now considering, or have contemplated, suicide is this:  The very first thing that every single victim of suicide discovers and cries out to the heavens, moments after leaving his/her embodiment is, “Oh, my God! I did not have to do that.” Other immediate realizations they all have are:  a) a wish to not have done it and a huge feeling of frustration over not being able to cross back over the threshold and back into their embodiments; b) never having conceived of the ramifications of it upon their lives and soul journeys (obviously); c) not having had any idea of the impact their suicides were going to have on their friends, relatives, and loved ones (which they can now clearly see from the other side); and d) a willingness to give anything to have the chance to make that choice over again, this time choosing to live. I have never once encountered a single exception to this chain of reactions to one’s suicide. Why I’m telling you that is so that you don’t have to go through that same trauma, after the fact.

The second most important thing I want to say to anyone who may be reading these words, or hearing them in whatever form they have reached you, and who may be considering the taking of your precious life, is this:  There is always another way. There is always a way to find your way out of the maze and out of your predicament—without having to take your own life… always. So, please, never give up hope. If you are not finding the help you need where you are, go somewhere else, find it somewhere else, in someone else—whatever it takes:  by phone, by foot, by bus, by plane…. Please, you must know that there is always help available… always. And if you feel you have tried everything to get help, please call even louder to God and He will send help. All prayers are heard; all prayers are answered… when the call is sincere and persevering. God will show up, will answer the soul’s cry for help. It is a parent’s instinct. But it is only through faith that we gain intimacy with God. You must have faith. Believe.

When Moses stood at the foot of Mount Sinai, he said to the woman (who would later become his wife) that he was very angry about the plight of his people, dissatisfied with what was being done (by God) about it, and that he was going to walk up that holy mountain and talk to God. He was going to get some answers. Bewildered, she said to him, “You can’t do that. You can pray to God, but God’s not going to show up for you, and God is certainly not going to talk to you.” With that, Moses said to her, “Oh, God will talk to me. I am going to demand—and command— His presence… and I am not coming off that mountain until He does.”

The whole world knows the rest of the story. He did speak to, and hear directly from, God. And Moses went on to have many personal encounters with God. Why? What commanded God’s presence was the purity of his motive and the power of his faith, as well as his courage, conviction, and perseverance. We all have those qualities. We all have those abilities.

We all need to know this, to believe it, command it, and demand it… hopefully, in a loving and reverent way, but if you have to do it in an angry and nasty way, so be it. God is not so much concerned how we come to the altar, only that we come. Human anger and feistiness shows passion and aliveness. The most difficult ones for God to reach are the lethargic, the indifferent, the apathetic. But the people who are lovingly passionate and the people who are rip-roaring mad—they are alive. So get all fired up, if you must. Simply know, have faith, believe… and persevere. Never give up. Ask and you shall receive.

One of My greatest hopes is to help people avert the drama, hype, and fallout that occurred during the whole “Y2K” debacle. Yes, it is true that the world is changing faster than most can comprehend, much less follow. It is true that we are at a pivotal turning point in the evolution of this species. And yes, it is true that much will happen in 2012. My point is:  It is already happening now! There will simply be exponentially more and more change taking place with each passing year—and continuing long after 2012 has come and gone.

We are now in the Age of Enlightenment, moving out of the Piscean Age and into the Age of Aquarius. There are two major events happening at this time which are noteworthy. Whereas all individuals will experience their spiritual awakening at some point in a given lifetime—it is different for each person, and happens at a specific age and moment for each person—what is happening now is that the planet itself is going through its spiritual awakening (by “planet” I am also referring to the human race, as a single entity). In other words, just as creatures evolved from the sea to, at some point, walk on land, the human race has now evolved to the point whereby it is now ready to live as love, in accordance with and in obedience to God’s will.

What we are witnessing right now is our approach to crossing that threshold of consciousness—as an entire species. Furthermore, the human species is only at the beginning of that window of transcendence, which really kicked into high gear with the “hippy” movement of the early 1960’s. That was, you might say, the birth of humanity’s Awakening. This 2012 transition is tantamount to humanity’s consciousness now entering puberty. The planet and the human race is now quickly moving towards the point whereby and wherein the collective critical mass (i.e. more than 50%) of the world’s population will have had its spiritual awakening and be living in the pursuit of self-purification, of alignment with Divine will, and with loving motive and purpose as its mainstay. The planet is nowhere near that figure as of yet; however, God needs this to happen, and so it shall. It is Destiny, not merely a nicety.

Thy will be done—and is—always and everywhere.

Everything and everyone is dispensable in achieving God’s will. Because most people are still so resistant to “surrendering to God’s will,” certain events have to happen to “invite”—and, if need be, coerce—this surrender and obedience to Divine will. This is the reasoning behind all the accelerated Earth changes (climate change, disease, droughts, storms, and other “catastrophes”) that we see. Whenever humans say “no” to this Destiny, the Universe (in this case, Mother Earth) enters and acts on our behalf to create the needed surrender for us. It is a simple inverse relationship, balancing on the fulcrum known as “free will” (i.e. our choices). The more we surrender and obey, the less has to happen by way of earth changes. The less we surrender, the more that has to happen to invite (or coerce, if human willfulness and resistance is high enough) surrender. The only choice any of us really has is whether we wish to follow the Path of Grace or the Path of Suffering. The outcome is the same. This principle is true on an individual level, as well as on the collective level.

This leads Me to the second major point (which is really another way of expanding upon the first). What is falling away is the “free will zone.” Free will is a Divine dispensation (to use the power of God, any way we want), originally bequeathed to us to use as a homing device for finding our way back into the arms and heart of The Creator. The fact that most humans still use it to gratify their senses and fulfill their carnal desires (in order to numb the pain of feeling separate from God) is what has caused all the trouble and damage in and to this planet and its people in the first place. The accelerated Light coming onto the planet is now making it more and more clear that “free” will is not so free after all. Moreover, the price of using it in self-serving and non-loving ways is becoming higher and higher. In other words, the acceleration is actually increasing the hitherto 10:1 ratio for the Law of Karma (i.e. reaping ten-fold that which we sow has risen up to 1,000-fold for some people). Love is reclaiming dominion of this planet whether anyone likes it, or believes it, or not. Plain and simple.
 

It is becoming more and more painful to use the gift of free will in non-accordance with God’s will.

So how does 2012 play into all of this? As I said, the acceleration is increasing exponentially with every passing year. And even the exponential increases between years is increasing every year. That is because this critical mass is earmarked by God to be reached in this 21st century. Considering that it is currently far lower than 50%, a lot has to happen very quickly, especially since the level (percentage) of human resistance to God/Love is still far, far greater than the level or rate of awakening/surrender to God/Love. (Notice, however, how fast people are awakening—in movies, media, art, music, politics, etc.) Nonetheless, one of the outpicturings of the massive resistance (the ones who still insist on saying, “No! i will do what i want, when i want, and do it my way!) is that a mass exodus is occurring. “No” to God is no longer an option, and more and more are discovering this, even though they would not know it in the way I have described. Your soul, by design, removes whatever stands between you and God. If the obstacle is your embodiment itself, your soul would happily remove that, since we are all immortal anyway.

Perhaps the most pointless use of free will is waiting to see what will happen, while changing none of your non-loving habits and patterns. We each have the power to effect change on a global—and even Cosmic—level… each one of us. What is called for, here and now, is adopting the “It’s all up to me” consciousness. Those who are waiting for 2012 will be waiting for 3012. The dates will come and go; and, yes, we will see many things in the news that will be of colossal and historical significance… but, again:  We are seeing them now! There will just be more and more of them.

I find it very sad to see how many people have been buying into the many inane and insane theories and predictions about what is going to happen:  the end of the world; the end of money and return to a system of only bartering; the end of all governments; total economic and political collapse and/or annihilation; invasion and takeover by a race from another planet; total destruction of all major cities… the list is as equally endless as it is absurd.

If, while reading this, you are thinking:  “But you are still not saying what will actually happen in 2012?” please consider that I am doing far more than that. This very question is predicated upon a focus that has been placed on the Physical Plane (the earth’s rotation slowing down, the end of the Mayan calendar, influx of more advanced e.t.’s to help us, etc.). This all focuses on “what” will happen. I am giving you all a far greater and richer gift. I am shifting your focus to the Causal Plane, the “why” it is all happening. God has infinite resources (the “what’s”) available to achieve the “why.” It doesn’t matter whether or not more banks fail (and they will), if there are more natural disasters (and there shall be many, many more—bigger and more frequent), or whether economies continue to collapse (and they shall).

These are only some of the ways God is finally getting humanity’s attention, finally getting us to see the sheer insignificance of our small stories, finally getting us to see and accept that there is a far greater and more beautiful plan for us than anyone ever dreamed possible. And, of course, finally having our undivided attention, after we have exhausted all attempts to control our lives and have it “our” way, God’s voice will now be heard and obeyed—and the blessings from that union and co-creation shall rain upon this land and into the lives of ones, surrendered, in a way of which poets can only dream.

What will serve God and this planet best is for each of us to place and keep our focus on self-purification. Purify all four levels of your creation—thoughts, feelings, words, and deeds—more and more, every day. Be fully accountable to Truth and Love. Self reflect and make changes. Use your gift of free will to attune to God’s will and to serve it to the best of your ability. More and more, surrender all your desires, so that God’s highest desires for you can be fulfilled. God cannot fill the chalice of one whose chalice is already full of small, petty desires of the flesh and of material gain—all of which are ephemeral and will be left behind.

God cannot serve the one who is content in serving himself.

Focus more and more on helping and serving others, and make the well-being of all your sisters and brothers as important as your own. This engenders selflessness, the highest attainment of the human spirit. Selflessness breeds unconditional love and endears one to God like nothing else.

Do all this, and you will ride the crest of the wave called “2012” and be placed squarely, gracefully, and divinely into 2013, a year of tremendous Divine love on Planet Earth. Will there still be earth changes in 2013 and beyond? Absolutely. In fact, there will be even more than now. The only difference being that an enormous amount of human resistance will have been removed (gracefully or painfully), and there will be an unprecedented level of recognition of, as well as attunement and surrender to, the will of God. That is what these next three years will achieve, one way or the other.

Another by-product of this rapid transformation at this time is that this ridiculous, ignorant, and time-wasting denial (in the media, in politics, in world leaders, in the human collective mind) of the absurdly obvious and inalienable Truths will have greatly fallen to the wayside. If nothing else, the next three years (2010-2012) will bring the important Truths into the limelight and into the collective agreement and acceptance. Perhaps the supreme example being set by the runaway oil spill occurring right now in the Gulf of Mexico will pave the way… sadly, at great cost. But remember:  God always uses the least means necessary to achieve His will. The fact that it is taking something as tragic as this oil spill to finally get humanity to evolve beyond the use of fossil fuels is both tragically sad—and good—at the same time. The question is:  Will God’s message be heard? Or will it take something bigger? Even the oil companies—and their owners—know that we have already evolved past using oil as an energy source. It is only greed that keeps waylaying the inevitable. If this (divinely necessary) tragedy succeeds in coercing collective agreement and action, then the sacrifice will have been worth it—glorified, in fact.

This is what “2012” is all about, and here it is happening right now, in 2010. As each of us goes through our “growing pains” in the process of waking up to the Truth, a glorious outcome will occur in this century. Human beings will have first and foremost learned to honor, respect, and care for the Earth as God, and to love and care for themselves and each other, as God loves and cares for us. Whatever it takes to achieve this inexorable outcome is simply what it takes. Like any child, we can learn willingly and gracefully, or we can kick, fight, argue, defy—and thereby suffer. The outcome is the same, individually and collectively.

Above all, remember that all is happening in perfection in every moment, all according to God’s Master Plan for Creation. God uses whatever you bring to the table.

Where there is surrender, there is no pain, regardless of circumstance.

I will begin by giving you the solution:  Rather than trying to fit God conveniently into your life or your ‘week-at-a-glance’ calendar, fit your entire life and existence into God’s. You are a subset of God; God is not a subset of you. You are a physical extension of God, a manifested aspect of the entire Godhead. In other words, God is the brain of the co-creative relationship you two have, and you are the hand. Does the hand tell the brain what to do? Of course not. The brain directs the hand. And so defines the created and intended relationship between God and all His children.

“You and I are one. You are part of Me. You wove into form, to fulfill My plan on this planet, as part of Me. We do not function apart. Your job, when you incarnate, is to remember that. Do whatever it takes to come to the realization that you are an extension of Me, an appendage. You do not have a separate mind. You do not have a separate will. You do not have separate desires—you never did. Those are demons and illusions that you have given yourself permission to have, to justify your feelings that you are separate from Me.”

You might say to Me that this is so obvious and trite; however, if that were true, then why is there all this talk about (the illusion of) “free” will? “I can do whatever I want, because God gave me the gift of free will.” Well, first off, let us dispense with the poetry. “Free” will is no more than “separate” will. It is a Divine dispensation, for the expressed duration of our living in the experience of separation from God, whereby we are given the freedom to use the full power of God any way we like. What a gift! What humanity has forgotten is that God gave us that power/choice to use as a homing device. Paradoxically, most everyone uses free will to travel further from God. How? By using it to gratify the senses. Why? To numb the pain of feeling separate from God.

Desire is the cause of all suffering.

What is imperative to expose here is the source of all human wants and needs. Desire is the great disease of a separate consciousness. It is the cause of all suffering and the very essence of Separation. To desire anything, you must inherently believe that you are separate from the object of your desire and that you actually need said object of desire. How, then, does one achieve the state of surrender? Let go of all desires. Give them back to God. To be truly surrendered can only mean to be truly desireless.

Every cell that is occupied by the self is one less cell that can be occupied by God.

If you are trying to fit God’s plan into yours, you will always be unfulfilled in life. God already knows all your needs—even before you do. It behooves God to continuously provide for all your soul’s needs, since you are responsible for manifesting God’s will on Earth and then caring for these creations of Love. God would never keep anything from you. God wants you to have everything. God placed all the wonders and riches on this planet for you to enjoy. Earth was created as a playground for the gods. Awareness of, and trust in, this truth is all that is needed to allow God to use you as an instrument. Every dream God has for you, God is doing everything to bring to you. The real question is, “What are you doing to allow that dream to manifest?”

Somehow, along the way, a belief came about that God created the bounty of the material plane as an instrument of torture. Distorted religious teachings about renunciation and poverty as spiritual ideals only served to add to this discordant thought form. People corroborate their distorted beliefs by observing and misquoting the lives and teachings of ones such as the Buddha or Mother Teresa. These great ones did not preach of the need for poverty. Their message was about detachment. Many confuse renunciation for poverty. Renouncing the material plane is no more than a vehicle for attaining the highly evolved state of detachment. Renunciation is a means to an end, rather than an end in and of itself. It also happens to be a very successful vehicle. Once a consciousness lives in that state, then the pleasures of the material world take on a whole new meaning and experience. It is from the place of not needing them that God’s material gifts can truly be enjoyed.

There are the many who cry out, “Yes, but what about my dream?” To this I say:  Whence do you think your dreams came? In order for you to even have a dream, God had to have that dream first, because God put the dream in you. Why not let God care for God’s dream, living and growing inside of you? I can promise you this:  The most fantastic and grandiose dream you have harbored for your life is the size of a breadcrumb compared to the smallest of God’s dreams for you. The limitations within the human consciousness cannot fathom what can only be conceived through a Mind and Heart (i.e. God’s) wielding the infinite capacity to love. Furthermore, you can never fully realize and live God’s dream for you until you relinquish your own dreams for yourself. Many think and claim that they have, but this is just one more self-delusion of which people convince themselves, to justify the continued pursuit of sense-gratification in order to numb the pain of feeling separate from God—even if now under the guise of “devotion” and “surrender.” Since human beings are run by desire, isn’t it more wise to entrust your dream into the hands of the One whose entire existence and power is devoted to serving you and revealing your divine magnificence?

What I am describing is the ultimate win/win combination. Anything you give up (which God and your soul need you to have) will automatically come back to you, albeit in an even more free and beautiful way. Why, then, are people so attached to their dreams and desires? The answer is simple:  lack of faith. You cling to your desires and dreams out of fear that, without them—and your efforts to protect them—you will have nothing. Society helps by polluting our minds with axioms such as, “kill or be killed,” “survival of the fittest,” “look out for Number One,” etc.

Why do so many dreams not manifest? Lack of trust in God. Why do so many people distrust God? Because they feel that God has not manifested (what they think are) their dreams. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? God came first—and must come first, always and everywhere. There is a third reason why so many dreams do not manifest (the first two being lack of trust in God to fulfill His dream in you, and the fact that many “dreams” are sourced by selfish desire instead of by the will of God). The third reason is that few come to the altar of God with an empty chalice; instead, they come with chalices filled with attachments, expectations, demands, and personal agendas. How can God possibly fill your chalice with riches of mind, body, and soul if your chalice is already full? You must come naked to the altar of your Lord in order to truly receive your divine inheritance. Release all your desires, terms, and conditions. How can God serve you if you have Him all bound and gagged by all the conditions you place upon how, when, and where He must provide for you.

God cannot serve the one who is content in serving himself.

Speaking of agendas and perpetrations, it is time I expose one of the most subtle and insidious of them all. What most cannot see, and refuse to admit to themselves, is that they come to God as the “lender of last resort.” What I mean by that is:  Most come to God only after they have tried every other conceivable means of achieving and fulfilling their own personal desires. Only when they have failed to get what they want, and finally give up, do many then see God as an option to consider. In other words, many finally turn to God so that they can get what they want. Few are they who come to God simply to luxuriate in His company, to feel the touch of His embrace, His gaze of adoration, asking nothing in return, wanting nothing…. Fortunately, because of God’s infinite and unconditional love for us, God does not care how we come, only that we come.

There is an even more dangerous attachment than “attachment to personal desire” and that is “attachment to prophecy and Revelation.” The temptation to get attached to prophecy is huge:  “But Mother Mary said…,” “My Guru said…,” “Four different psychics said…,” “It is in my astrology chart”… the list goes on and on. Without even knowing it, you begin aching, hankering, and waiting for “it” to happen. Beneath these attachments is the belief that something outside of you will bring you fulfillment. Dwelling on the past and attaching to the future are two of the main preoccupations of ones who will do anything to avoid being “present.”

Every seed of God’s will needs to be planted in the physical plane. Revelations are seeds planted in you, which then begin to gestate and grow. And they will initiate you, because the mind attaches to them and starts interpreting them. When God gives you a Revelation, receive it and drink it in with gratitude. Take it into every part of your being, and then give it back to God. Trust that it is inside you now, growing. It will do what it needs to do. Avoid any temptation to hold onto it or make something out of it. God gives you His dreams to be their steward, not their owner. Accepting this truth gifts you with a sense of inner peace, born of detachment. By surrendering to the ebb and flow of Creation, you are instantly in union with God.

It is God’s plan… Let God worry about it.

Why is there such an all-pervasive resistance to surrender? There are many fears, lessons, and layers through which one must pass. It is a lifelong process. However, at the very core level of human existence lies the single, greatest fear:  the loss of identity. Given a voice, this deep, unconscious fear speaks:  “If I give back every single piece of me, down to the very last thread connecting me to the earth, then I will not exist. There will be none of me left. I will not even know who I am. I will have nothing to call my own. I will have no reason, no purpose. I will just be a blob, a void—like wallpaper.” It is that thread to any sense of personal identity to which a consciousness clings most.

In actuality, there is some validity to this fear. You will eventually lose what you have always known to be your identity. However, the identity of which you are letting go, the one to which you have become so attached, is the one which was formed by all the many parts of your separate self, your inauthentic self. It is understandable that you became attached to them. The distorted ego personality was all you knew. The resistance to letting go is so great because most are only looking at half of the equation. Once that identity has been dissolved, what remains is not “nothing”; it is, instead, your Divine Self—your divinity—radiant and whole. It is more than a fair trade. Surrendering your life and very existence unto God, to receive His dream for you, is equivalent to trading in a piece of coal for a flawless diamond.

This gets to the core of it all. What I am speaking about is the “surrender’s surrender.” How far will you go for God? Would you give up, as Abraham did, your firstborn son? Would you give up your dream for a house—or a lover—if you knew that it was fulfilling God’s wish and was endearing you to God? Would you give up your life itself, as Jesus did? God says, “Do this for Me. That is all I ask, and so many blessings will shower upon humanity and yourself by so doing. Will you do this for Me?” Very easy it is for ones to say “yes” while sitting in church or in a prayer circle, but how about when theory becomes reality? Divesting ourselves of all the conditions we place upon serving God brings us into deeper and deeper states of surrender.

True power is accessed through surrender.

The more you surrender the personal will, the personal desires, the sense-gratifying, selfish needs and wants, the more your divine power and God’s divine power take hold of you in absolutely astounding ways. The key is to ache for God—to feel, know, and become more of God—inside and outside of you, with absolutely no conditions or expectations placed upon Him. Next is to accept, with joy, whatever that looks like in your life and however that might manifest. Ultimately, it is to serve and obey, without question, in true faith and devotion, and with a heart filled with gratitude for the privilege and honor it is to be entrusted with manifesting God’s plan on Earth.

What is Surrender? “Here but for the grace of God stand I. Use me according to Thy will.”

The Difference Between Refined Salt and Unrefined Salt

Introduction

Salt is salt, right? Of course not. Just as there are many different brands of cars, there are many differences in various salt brands. This chapter will focus on the difference between refined and unrefined salt. Salt in its natural form is referred to as unrefined salt. Unrefined salt has not been altered by man. Therefore, it contains many different minerals and elements that are useful for the body.

For example, unrefined sea salt (e.g., Celtic Sea Salt) contains over 80 minerals and elements—all the natural elements necessary for life. This is contrasted with refined salt which contains two major items: sodium and chloride.
 

Refined Salt

How is salt refined? Most commercial refined salt has been harvested mechanically from various salt mines as brine. Brine is a highly concentrated solution of water and salt. Prior to mechanical evaporation, the brine is often treated with chemicals to remove minerals (which are sold for use in industry). The minerals are referred to as “impurities” in salt. These chemicals used to treat refined salt can include sulfuric acid or chlorine. Next, water is evaporated under high compression and heat which disrupts the molecular structure of salt. Finally, almost all of the moisture in the salt is removed in a fluidized-bed dryer.

All food-grade salt available in the U.S. must comply with the National Academy of Science’s Food Chemicals Codex Sodium Chloride Monograph (1996). Up to 2% of food-grade salt may contain anti-caking, free flowing, or conditioning agents. These agents may include sodium ferrocyanide, ammonium citrate, and aluminum silicate. None of these products have any positive effects in the body. Dextrose, also known as refined sugar, is used as a stabilizer so that iodide will stay in the salt. The final purity of food-grade salt is between 99.7-99.95% “pure”. Pure refers to the sodium and chloride content. The other “impurities”, including healthy minerals and elements, have been removed from refined salt.

Why is Salt Refined?

You may be asking yourself the above question. Salt is refined for four main reasons:

1. Refined salt, having all of its minerals removed (i.e., “purified”) is essentially a lifeless product. Being a lifeless product assures a long shelf life. In fact, refined salt can sit on the grocery shelf forever. A long shelf life is a valuable tool to maximize profits for food manufacturers.

2. Manufacturers believe that an all-white salt product will look cleaner to the consumer and, therefore, increase sales. Refined salt is bleached in order to obtain the white color.

3. If the salt is taken from a polluted area, the refining process will remove the toxins associated with the salt.

4. Iodine is added to refined salt to prevent goiter (swelling of the thyroid). However, as pointed out in my book, Iodine, Why You Need It , Why You Can’t Live Without It, there is insufficient iodine in salt to prevent thyroid illnesses or to provide for the body’s iodine needs.
 

Unrefined Salt

As contrasted with refined salt, unrefined salt contains much more than sodium and chloride. Unrefined salt contains all of the elements necessary for life. Celtic Sea Salt (Light Grey) contains 33% sodium, 50.9% chloride, 1.8% minerals and trace elements and 14.3 % moisture. Table 2 shows the major contents of unrefined Celtic Sea Salt. Unrefined salt does not contain appreciable amounts of iodide.

How Is Unrefined Salt Harvested?

Unrefined salt has not been put through various machines to remove the minerals and other elements that are naturally part of the salt. In addition, unrefined salt has not been exposed to harsh chemicals. Finally, unrefined salt will have the minerals and elements associated with its origin.
 

Celtic Sea Salt

In the case of Celtic Sea Salt, it is harvested near the coast of northwestern France. Ocean water is channeled through a series of clay-lined ponds. Next, the wind and sun evaporate the ocean water, leaving mineral rich brine. When the salt farmer gathers the brine using wooden tools, salt crystals begin to form. This is essentially the same method of gathering salt as the ancient Celts used over 2,000 years ago.

This gentle method of gathering the salt ensures that the salt will contain healthy minerals and other elements that are meant to be in salt. There are other sources of unrefined salt besides Celtic Sea Salt. Redmond’s Real Salt® is mined from salt deposits near Redmond, Utah. Redmond’s salt does not undergo a refining process and therefore contains a wide array of minerals. Table 3 gives you the major contents of unrefined Redmond’s Salt.

Why You Should Use Unrefined Salt: The pH Factor

As previously mentioned, unrefined salt has many healthy minerals associated with it. On the other hand, refined salt contains primarily sodium and chloride as well as toxic additives. Unrefined salt is a whole food product which is easily utilized by the body. The additional minerals such as magnesium and potassium are essential for a healthy immune system. These additional agents are meant to be ingested at the same time as sodium and chloride are ingested. Refined salt, in its highly processed form, is an unnatural substance to the body. Over millennia of time, our bodies were not exposed to salt as just sodium and chloride. Humans evolved over time using natural, unrefined salt with its full complement of minerals. Enzymes and hormones in our bodies were designed to utilize salt in its whole, natural form; not in a foreign, refined state.

The consequence of utilizing salt in a devitalized form is a poorly functioning immune system, initiation and acceleration of chronic illness, and promotion of acidity.
 

Acidity and Alkalinity

The pH of the body is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of the body. In an acidic body, the pH is lowered, while in an alkaline body, the pH is elevated. The body has many overlapping mechanisms designed to keep the pH of the body in a neutral statearound pH of 7.2.

When the pH of the body becomes either too acidic or too alkaline, normal physiologic functions decline. The organs of the body (kidneys, liver, brain, etc.,) do not function efficiently unless the pH of the body is neutral (≈7.2). Enzymes, the catalysts for the body, are very sensitive to pH changes. They will lose most of their function when the pH is altered. Immune system cells are unable to protect us when the pH is imbalanced. In fact, no part of the body will work efficiently if the pH is not properly balanced.

An acidic pH is associated with many chronic illnesses including cancer, arthritis, osteoporosis, and Candida, as well as hormonal imbalances. Majid Ali, one of the foremost practitioners in holistic medicine has written that an acidic pH is a marker of the absence of health in the body.
 

Food and pH

The food we eat can have a dramatic effect on pH. Generally, refined foods, devitalized of all the healthy vitamins, minerals, and enzymes, are acidifying to the body. Minerals are one of the most alkalinizing agents to the body. Due to poor diets, many people today are mineral deficient. Mineral deficiency is often associated with a lowered pH (<7.0). Refined salt has no minerals in it, while unrefined salt is loaded with minerals. It is not rocket science to realize that unrefined salt will be better to promote a healthy pH.

In fact, all refined foods, (including refined sugar, flour, oils, etc.) lack minerals, vitamins, and enzymes. When we eat these devitalized foods, our body has to use its own store of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes to break down food. Over time, this will lead to nutrient deficiencies and chronic illness. Furthermore, eating devitalized food leads to acidity in the body. Due the prevalence of refined food, it is no wonder that most people run on the acidic side. My experience has shown that it is impossible to overcome chronic illness when there is an acidic condition present. Cancer and chronic illness are two of the consequences of an acidic pH. Cancer cells will proliferate in an acidic environment. In fact, most chronic illnesses will occur in an acidic environment. It is very difficult to overcome any chronic illness if the pH of the body is acidic (i.e., pH<7.2). In an experiment at home (performed by my daughter Jessi), one teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt in ½ cup of filtered water increased the pH of the water from 6.4 (baseline) to 6.8-7.0. The same amount of refined salt, on the other hand, decreased the pH from 6.4 to 6.0. Refined salt, lacking the buffering effect of the minerals, is an acidifying substance for the body. On the other hand, unrefined salt helps to maintain a more neutral pH and can actually help elevate an acidic pH.

In order to promote a more neutral pH, unrefined salt needs to be the salt of choice. Refined salt should be avoided at all costs.

Sue, 61 years old, has numerous food allergies. Over the years, she has become more and more allergic. Sue was reacting to nearly everything she was in contact with including foods. “I don’t know what to eat. Everything seems to bother me,” she complained. Now, she even has difficulty with taking supplements because she reacts to them. “I can’t even take vitamins because they upset my body. I feel like I am allergic to everything,” she said. Sue had tried different techniques to help her allergies with minimal effects. When I had Sue check the pH of her urine and saliva, she found that her pH was very acidic. Upon further investigation, Sue found that foods containing refined salt caused her pH to become more acidic. She said, “I could not believe that the foods that you eat can change the pH so dramatically.” When Sue removed refined salt from her diet and added Celtic Sea Salt, her pH significantly increased. “The most important thing I found was that when my pH elevated, my food allergies went away. I felt much better. My energy improved and I could think more clearly. Also, I am able to take supplements when my pH is elevated,” she said. Now, Sue monitors her pH daily and adjust her diet accordingly.
 

Final Thoughts

There is a huge difference between refined and unrefined salt. Unrefined salt is packed with essential minerals and supplies the body with a proper balance of sodium and chloride with over 80 trace minerals.

Refined salt is a poor food choice. It has no place in our diet. Without the balancing effect of the trace minerals, refined salt provides the body with too much sodium. Sodium was meant to be ingested with its complement of trace minerals. The consequences of the ingestion of large amounts of refined salt are mineral deficiencies, acidity, and the onset of chronic illness. Unrefined salt should be the salt of choice. My clinical experience clearly shows that this is a healthier salt choice, as compared to refined salt.

All negative feelings and emotions that are repressed or suppressed cause illness in the mind and body. The emotional body rules the physical. The fact that one’s issues are, perhaps, denied or truly unconscious is irrelevant. Just look at your body to know the truth. Your body is a flawless mirror and barometer for seeing and assessing the state of your consciousness. By reading the physical signs, the answer can very easily lead to the question. If your body is riddled with cancerous tumors, you have issues and something is “eating” away at you, whether or not you agree with that diagnosis. “As within, so without.” Your job is to ascertain the source and to deal with it.

I need to begin with a few basics. There is no such thing as a terminal disease. Nobody has ever died from cancer. Ever. Cancer is only an indicator from your soul that something in your consciousness needs serious adjustment. The physical plane is the densest plane of Creation and the very last place anything shows up. Your soul/God/the universe was sending you signs and messages long, long before the first cancer cell ever appeared. For most, cancer is the final call to change. There are only two reasons why cancer serves as the vehicle for millions to complete their embodiments: 1) the belief (consciously or unconsciously) that cancer is terminal; and/or 2) not sufficiently addressing the self-negativity which prompted the cancer cells to appear in order to get your attention.

Your body is a completely sealed ecosystem, designed and built from the perfection of God’s love and adoration as a model of God’s own immortality. As such, anything less than “perfect love” that you experience—on any level of your being—within that sealed ecosystem, you, alone, introduced into it. Therefore, you also have the power to get it out of your body, mind, aura, etc. Once you have adopted this belief system, you will have transcended the biggest illusion and will be best poised to receive all necessary assistance available to you.

The emotional body has a tiered structure. As it begins to thaw, anger is the first emotion to be accessed. Because it is at the surface of the emotional cauldron of negativity, it is also what is overtly projected onto others the most, as well as what unwittingly squirts out the seams of a heart and consciousness, frozen for years, and onto other people. The very deepest level of non-loving emotions is grief. There are very few people on Earth who even finish cleansing and clearing all their anger in the course of an entire lifetime. It is for these reasons that I shall focus this discourse on how to responsibly transmute and discharge anger, although these techniques can equally be used for sadness, grief, depression, frustration, lust, and many others.

Anger is a normal part of the human evolution of consciousness. Pretending that one does not have or feel any anger does not dissolve or dismiss that anger—nor does saying, “all is love, all is wonderful” rid one of anger. Pious lips do not make a pious heart. While affirmations and mantras are most certainly powerful healing and transmuting tools, they (in and of themselves) are not enough. Anyone who thinks they are is living in a very deep state of denial.

The human soul, body, and consciousness are designed and built from pure Love. They also feed only on pure Love for their life sustenance. Furthermore, anything less than perfect, unconditional love is poison in the human ecosystems—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Thus, any time you (as the sole creator and engineer of your life) introduce into your auric field anything less than pure Love, your soul (by Divine design) immediately takes action to expel that energy (poison) from all levels of your being. You have no “say” in this; it is the Law and Order of Creation. Your soul is constantly expelling the negativity from your body and mind. The better you are at holding it in (or inappropriately vomiting it on others), the quicker you are killing yourself. The poison must come out AND it must not be put onto others.

The use of positive affirmations is a crucial part of a healthy heart, mind, and body. The operative word is “part.” Form does follow thought. Where your thoughts take you is where your life follows. And since the spoken word wields the full power of Creation, whatever you speak, you create. This, naturally, applies to non-loving creations as well as loving ones.

Everything—including emotions—is energy. And energy, as most people know, can never be destroyed. It can only be altered from one form to another. It is from this fundamental scientific and spiritual truth that I am offering a set of iron-clad tools for transmuting the non-loving energy of anger into loving energy of various forms. (As I mentioned, these same tools can also be used to transmute other non-loving energies into pure, loving ones.)

It is very important to create a sacred space, prior to taking action, by speaking (silently or aloud) your knowingness that:  a) all your negativity—though very painful—is, on the highest plane of Creation, an illusion; b) all that you are feeling is of your own creation and nobody did anything “to” you; c) you are expressing this distortion and pain and offering it up to God to be taken from you, in sacredness and supplication, so that it no longer poisons your system.

In order to be successful with these techniques, you must first be willing to adhere to the one, most important, Golden Rule:  Never—but never—project your anger onto another human being, no matter how justified you feel your reasons might be. You would fare better without a tongue than to speak vulgar or mean words with the one God loaned to you. You would fare better without a hand than to raise yours against another, for any reason.

That having been said, the first method is that of direct transference. When you find the anger welling inside of you, find something upon which to “take it out.” My recommendations include these:  write all your anger on paper and then burn it; beat a cardboard box to smithereens with a stick or club; throw a kicking, thrashing fit on your bed; take an old object you no longer need and annihilate it; bury your face into a very thick pillow and scream like you have really wanted but never had the courage to; or stand, waist deep, in the ocean and scream all your pain and angst out to sea, giving it to Mother Earth (or deep in a forest, high on a mountain or cliff, etc.). These activities act as a poultice, drawing the poison out of your body. In all of these instances, you are to continue until you arrive at a peaceful place or until the limitations of your physical body prevent you from continuing (which is another way of knowing that you have finished).

The second technique is to redirect the energy of anger through physical exertion or exercise. There are two excellent vehicles you can use to achieve this. The first is to engage in one of your favorite sports or activities—jogging, swimming, weightlifting, rollerblading, etc. In this instance you are channeling and actually transforming the non-loving energy into a healthy and appropriate one.

The other vehicle in the physical exertion technique is to channel your anger into some household project: painting, construction, cleaning, or gardening. Choosing a project which is physically demanding or time-consuming, or one that you constantly find yourself procrastinating, is the best choice for this type of transformation. In this practice, the non-loving energy (anger) is again being transformed into love.
The third technique is one of My favorites, though each one may have occasions when it is best suited to your situation. This final technique is to move into service. When you find yourself “stuck” (a convenient euphemism for “unwilling”) in your anger, choose to do something for another as the means to transmute the anger and, thereby, return yourself to a loving space. The more negativity or non-love you need to purge, the more you need to serve another.

The best choices for accessing those nasty little morsels of anger that “get stuck in the cracks of your consciousness” are the activities you normally would not think of doing for another. Examples include:  going to a friend’s house and cooking dinner for the whole family (and doing the dishes afterwards); pulling all the weeds and tilling the soil in another’s garden; doing someone else’s laundry and ironing; washing and waxing your neighbor’s car, and the list goes on.

All of these techniques work 100% of the time. They are foolproof. The only conditions are that you stay in the chosen activity until you have shifted and, of course, that your activity does not violate another’s right to privacy, quiet, etc. Sadly, no matter with how many people I share these gifts, rarely have I seen individuals choose to take action in order to heal the anger and move back into love. Most often, ones choose (the coward’s way of) indulging in the negative emotion, wallowing in self-pity, and continuing to project their own refuse upon others. “It’s too hard” is one more excuse for remaining a victim. Just do it. If the solution were easy and meaningless, it would not be of any value to you. Read, again, the first line in this paragraph and ask yourself what is your objective. Is it to move out of anger (sadness, hopelessness, depression, etc.) or to enjoy it a while longer? Either choice is fine. Just be honest with yourself… it is your life; it is your body.

Please note that I listed the various techniques by increasing levels of consciousness. In other words, the “highest” path of love would invite one into service as the means for transmuting. At the same time, it is of vital importance to be honest with oneself. Thus, if in a given moment, your ego is not interested in “forgiveness” and it really just wants “good ole revenge,” then by all means get the steel pipe out and bash a cardboard box, or throw that fit on your bed, or go hit the punching bag while cursing the delusion out of your body until you are exhausted and/or at peace (or both). Do recognize, though, that at some point in your life, you will need to move out of victim consciousness.

Please bear in mind that, while these methods do transmute your negativity and move you back into a loving space, they do not negate the need to find the source of your anger. What I am offering are ways to restore the balance, peace, and equanimity which enables you to then address the disassociated parts of self which drew circumstances to you that resulted in your feelings of anger.

The closer your transmuting activity can be to the moments during which you are feeling the anger, the better. Sometimes you simply cannot leave what you are doing to engage in this way, although it is rare that you could not excuse yourself in any given situation, for at least a few minutes, to get clear and centered once again. When that happens, promise yourself that you will address the situation in your very next available moment.

Lastly, remember that every circumstance will stay in your aura (environment) until it has completed serving you in all the myriad ways you wanted, needed, chose, and created it to do… whether or not you agree, like it, or profess to the contrary. The universe sends you that for which you ask. If you refuse your own creation, the universe (as pure Love) assumes you did not hear the message or missed the sign and, therefore, sends the gift again—this time bigger and louder. Whatever you resist not only persists, but also intensifies.

If you are willing to take full ownership of all your circumstances and environments as being your own inner self projected outside of you for the purpose of self-reflection, correction, and refinement, and if you are willing to do whatever it takes to maintain and/or return to a loving space, then you are well on your way to a life of mastery and true inner peace.

Dear Pranananda,

Having recently spent a few days with my parents has brought up a lot for me, and I am feeling a tremendous amount of pain and sadness. I allowed myself to be consumed by my Mum’s thoughts about how I should be living my life—she, being the voice of my ego, and me, just wanting to run away from everything and have all the things that “I want” and not what God wants for me.

It feels like my family have all split off and gone in separate directions. I am so scared and so hurt that my family has become this way. My Mum’s sister is not even speaking to my parents anymore, and she didn’t want to come and see me while I was there. I see my Mum and her avoidance of the truth and the pain it causes her. I see her husband just allowing her to manipulate and control him. I worry about them so much, I worry about their marriage, and I see and hear his confusion and pain of denying that part of himself that so desperately wants to be with God. Mum just puts a lid on it all; she won’t even allow him to display Your photo in the house.

I feel completely heart broken, and I feel myself wanting to be there for them to protect them and reach out to them. I miss them so much. I feel somewhat desperate and distressed because I just don’t know how or if I can get through this one; it just feels so big.

I feel really bad writing to You time after time, talking of all this sadness, because in my heart I trust You and I know I am in the right place. My mind just feels a bit crazy at times and I feel clouded over with emotions, and it makes me feel so far away from God.

I just miss my parents so much, and I worry about them all the time. I feel very resistant to the situation that we are in as a family, and at this time do not feel the blessing it is gifting me. I am overwhelmed and do not know what to do.

Thank You for listening to my cry and holding me up when I feel I cannot go on.

My beloved,

Thank you for your letter. As for your perceived “plight” regarding your parents, it is important to remember that it is not your job to “fix” them. They are big boys and girls; and their problems existed long, long before they ever met Me. It has been through the Master’s grace that their problems have now been illuminated and exposed for them to finally heal them. Please remember:  All of what they are experiencing was going to happen anyway, had they never met Me.

The Guru illuminates and accelerates the (inevitable) destiny of every soul.

Your mother and aunt have been battling with mental and emotional illness since years before you were even born, and none of it has anything to do with you (aside from your having great compassion and caring for them, all of which is both beautiful and proper). Their problems and sadness came from their childhoods. And now they are forced—thank God—to have to face what they have avoided all their lives.

By exiling the Guru from their lives (Gu-ru = one who leads others out of darkness), they have pushed away the help which they prayed long and hard for God to send to them, and left themselves with a now-larger version of the problem. This is tantamount to going in for a triple by-pass, open-heart surgery after suffering with a life-threatening condition for years, and then jumping off the table in the middle of the surgery—running down the street, screaming, with tubes, pipes, and human entrails dragging behind.

I was, and still am, in the middle of performing this restorative heart surgery (except without a scalpel, drugs, or scars) on your parents and on all who have called out to Me in pain. Some choose to courageously stay on the operating table, despite their fears; and others choose to play out the cowardly and more painful scenario depicted above. I, however, do not have that option. My surgery continues, regardless of the patients’ choices. Thus, I am working with whatever My beloveds bring to the (operating) table.

Your Mum’s husband has been battling with his fear, and lack of courage and personal conviction all of his life, ever since he was a child and his parents (wittingly and/or unwittingly) saw to removing every shred of it from his being. He now has the perfect recipe—at his request (a very important factor for you to remember!)—for reclaiming that crucial part of himself. Without it, he is relegated to continue living as a shell of a man.

He took his Guru’s picture down (not your mother) because he has placed his wife before God, and this is why he walks in this world with such an all-pervading sadness in his face and aura (recall the First Commandment, delivered by Moses when he came down from Mt. Sinai:  “I am the Lord, your God. Place no false gods before Me.”) Eventually, your Dad will put God first, and neither his wife nor anyone is going to stop him. He has not betrayed Me, only himself.

Your role is to love your parents, not fix them. And you are in the best geographical and spiritual location to learn how to better do that, while protecting yourself from their same fate. Be happy for them, and be happy for yourself. I am taking care of all of you. Trust. Your living and training where you are IS the best help you could ever give them, and it is sourcing them more than you will ever know.

I am also sending (to live with you) one of your dearest angel friends in the Cosmos, to source a kindred soul. You two have much in common, and you will be a great support for one another. This will bring you both great joy.

As you can see, all is in order. All is in perfection. And it just may be that your parents will separate. Your Mum’s husband is too hooked into what I call “God or Bust” consciousness. He has seen too much; he knows too much of what is available and of what is calling him. He has come too far to turn his back and walk away. How fortunate for him. It is now only a matter of time. He is like a spaceship which has entered the gravitational field (and pull) of the Sun.

This same fate will happen to every soul at some point in a given lifetime—your Mum, too. It doesn’t matter when it happens. It happens when it is time. None are “better” or further “ahead” because it has happened to them. It means nothing in and of itself. It is just an “Is-ness.” And right now, your Mum is pretty adamant about not wanting help, as well as about trying to quell her husband’s hunger for God-realization and freedom from the madness and suffering, the latter of which is ultimately fueling his fire and passion for God even more (though neither of them knows that) and will only serve to further accelerate the inevitable—even in My physical absence.

…So, you see, it was never about Me. Blaming others is only another excuse people give themselves to continue avoiding facing themselves and their own pain.

 The Guru is the cure to your problems,
not the cause of them.

What you really need to do is to keep re-reading this letter and all those gushing-from-the-heart letters you have sent Me in the past; the ones devoid of your current lapse into madness and fear. Please… use this letter and those others as your Bible!! Read them over and over and over, and especially when you go into the “crazy” place—especially then! Furthermore, I highly suggest that you immerse yourself in My teachings:  lose yourself in our website—audio discourses, written ones, photos; listen to our various products, discourses, and tapes of retreats… over and over and over. And, very importantly, transcribe some of those same tapes, which are your own training into self-mastery. By doing so, you will be receiving not only My wisdom and love, but My very darshan (vibration) in more ways than you could from any other means, short of being in My physical presence. Transcribing IS the fast track for those who do not live with Me. Finally, stop indulging your mind. Shut it off. It often gets in the way, more than it helps.

Lend credence to the illusion
and you become the illusion.

I can help you; I can source you; I can guide you… but I cannot do it for you. You must discipline yourself to stay focused on the truth, and you must be obedient to Divine guidance in order to uplift and transform your life. How many people do you know who pay a fortune to go see the best doctor in the world to treat their condition, after suffering long and searching everywhere for help, then receive the diagnosis and subsequent prescription, then go home and throw it away and later tell all their friends he was a lousy doctor (just because the condition or ailment still haunts and troubles them)? Answer:  None. By the same token, how many do the very same when it comes to following the advice (i.e. taking the prescription) that their Guru—the Doctor of all doctors—gives them? Answer:  90%.

You, My beloved, have now finally and very masterfully succeeded in surrounding yourself with ones who are strong in their faith, in their devotion, and in their loyalty. Talk to them! During My own training, I had to cut Myself off from My parents and siblings for close to two years. It was far too difficult to do what I had to do while enduring (what I then perceived as) their lack of support. Yes, I felt some guilt, too; but I knew the Truth, and I was not willing to betray that!

Please do not expect Me to keep writing this same letter to you, again and again, every time you choose to pretend you have seen and learned nothing. Discipline yourself. Make a file of all our correspondence, yours and Mine, and read it next time you choose to go “belly up.” Reach out for help from those who are right next to you! You may write to Me anytime you wish. I will read all your letters, and I love them. I simply will not keep writing this same message to you if you are unwilling to help yourself. IF YOU FOLLOW MY GUIDANCE, I WILL LEAD YOU TO THE LAND OF PEACE, FREEDOM, AND FULFILLMENT—like you could never imagine.

My last words are these:  You (like so many others) came to Me so that you would not end up, ten or twenty years from now, in the same predicament and circumstances as your parents. Remember that! That is not your plight or your destiny, and you would be letting them down if you give up on yourself, too. Be strong. You can do this, and you will be victorious.

•    Calcium deficiency of dietary origin is unknown in the U.S. Nonetheless, the dairy industry claims the U.S. has a calcium deficiency and therefore has to consume more dairy products.
•    The dairy industry sets the calcium requirements for the U.S.D.A.
•    The U.S. is the world’s biggest consumer of calcium, yet has the greatest incidence of osteoporosis.
•    The primary cause of osteoporosis is a lack of weight-bearing exercise (due to sedentary lifestyle) and over-consumption of animal protein—both of which are hallmarks of many Americans’ way of life.

The Truth about Fat and Cholesterol

•    You can get all the “good” fats (omega 3, 6, and 9) you need from green, leafy vegetables and raw seeds.
•    Although fish contains “good fat,” it is packaged with PCB’s, cholesterol, and other toxins. In fact, the good fat in fish comes from the plants (plankton) which the fish eats!
•    Our liver makes all the cholesterol we need. Therefore, the amount we need from our diet is zero.
•    High cholesterol contributes to more deaths than all the wars, natural disasters, and disease epidemics combined.
•    There is no difference between white meat and red meat. A 3-ounce steak has 75 mg of cholesterol, and a 3-ounce skinless chicken breast contains 72 mgs of cholesterol.
•    Seafood is not a healthy alternative to red or white meat! Shrimp have 6 times more cholesterol than beef.
•    3 glasses of milk has the same cholesterol as 20 slices of bacon.
•    Plant-based food has zero cholesterol.

The Truth about Dairy Food

•    Humans are the only animals that drink milk after they are weaned.
•    Because humans have no biological need for milk after they are weaned, at some point the pancreas very naturally stops producing the enzyme lactase (which breaks down lactose), which is why 75% of the global population is falsely classified as “lactose intolerant.”
•    Humans are the only animals on the planet which routinely consume another animal’s milk.
•    Cow’s milk carries the genetic blueprint to produce a ten-fold increase from birth weight in the cow’s first year of life, accounting for the extreme obesity in many children who were fed bovine formula.
•    Bovine (and other) formulas deprive children of their primary source of their immune system—which is naturally, freely, and divinely provided by a mother’s breast milk.

Impact on the Environment

•    Raising animals for food accounts for more than half of all the annual water used in the U.S. It takes 2,500 gallons of water to produce 1 pound of meat, but only 25 gallons of water to produce 1 pound of wheat. The average American uses 106 gallons of water per day. If that person also eats 1 hamburger, that figure increases to 3,106 gallons.
•    A vegan lifestyle saves 1 million gallons (3,780,000 liters) of water every year!
•    85% of all U.S. agricultural land is used to grow food to feed the animals we eat.
•    260 million acres of land in the U.S. are destroyed each year raising animals for slaughter.
•    Raising animals for food requires more than 1/3 of all raw materials and fossil fuels used in the U.S. Producing a single hamburger patty uses enough fossil fuel to drive a small car 20 miles and enough water for 17 showers.
•    Rainforests (which provide 90% of all our medicines, 60-80% of the world’s oxygen, and countless species of animals going extinct) are being destroyed at a rate of 125,000 square miles per year to provide grazing for animals raised for consumption. For every quarter-pound, fast-food burger made of rainforest beef, 55 square feet (5.1 square meters) of land are consumed.
•    The fishing industry is taking fish out of the ocean much faster than the ocean can reproduce them.
•    15 out of 17 of the world’s fishing zones are now barren, due to the damaging and wasteful methods of fishing currently used.
•    80% of all fish caught through large-scale commercial fishing methods are dumped—dead—back into the sea (including thousands of whales/dolphin/porpoises trapped in those same nets).
•    Of the 20% of all remaining caught fish, half of those are fed to farm animals. Translated:  Only 10% of all the fish caught by large-scale commercial methods end up being consumed by humans!
•    Animal feces are the cause of E. coli bacterial infections. There are hundreds of cases of food poisoning from meat and meat product recalls every year, mostly due to the unsanitary conditions and operations on factory farms (the true causes of which are almost never released to the public by/through the media).
•    The reason why it is necessary to cook meat (particularly chicken) for so long is to kill the bacteria from fecal matter on the meat.
•    The meat industry causes more water pollution in the U.S. than all other industries combined, because the animals raised for food produce 130 times more excrement than the entire human population—86,600 pounds per second.
•    One typical factory pig farm generates the same amount of raw waste as a city of 12,000 people.

Before I delve into the specifics of this condition called A.I.D.S., it is necessary to establish a few fundamental truths to serve as the foundation for this discourse. There is no such thing as a terminal disease. The origin of the nomenclature “terminal” comes only from man’s false belief in mortality. “Disease,” by definition, is a condition within the self with which one is not at ease. When the distorted thoughts and feelings within one’s consciousness reach a certain point, the very same conditions manifest in the physical body—”as within, so without.” Why? The physical plane is the densest plane of Creation and, therefore, the last plane upon which anything manifests. Thus, it is only after your soul has been whispering—many times screaming—a message to you and after the universe has sent you signs from every conceivable direction and, still, somehow you refuse to hear it or react to it, that your soul uses a circumstance on the physical plane as the lender of last resort.

There are no accidents, coincidences, or diseases. Every single thing that happens to you is carefully, meticulously planned and orchestrated by your soul. Distortion arises because the bi-polar condition of human consciousness perceives God’s perfect will as “good” and “bad.” Separation is the gap between what Is and one’s perception of what Is. On either side of man’s fear-based perceptions of God’s ever-perfect world lies pure, infinite love.

The easiest and best way to transcend this delusion which plagues the human mind is to re-program your own consciousness with this divine truth:  Everything is a gift. Everything. A broken leg, a million dollars, birth, “death,” marriage, divorce, getting fired or getting promoted, living in a palace or in a cardboard box… these are all gifts. While only some are perceived as gifts, and others as curses, in truth they are all the same. They are all of God. They are all gifts.

How you can discern whether you are intellectualizing the truth by simply saying, “I know that already,” or living the realization of that truth is by observing whether or not you are living in the quintessence of gratitude in every single moment, regardless of—and because of—your circumstances, whatever they may be. Truly knowing that everything in life is a gift would render you incapable of feeling anything but gratitude in every single moment. As a further enticement into a life of eternal gratitude, be it known that gratefulness is the highest form of prayer. Gratefulness creates instant attunement to the will of God through its inherent confirmation of God’s omnipresent and singular, loving creation.

Integration of this divine realization opens the door for one to finally establish the Divine breath as a way of life. When you can honestly have your every single inhalation resound “I am so blessed” throughout the universe and every single exhalation resound “I am so grateful,” you are breathing the direct prana of God. Through practice of this sacred breath, your earthly life will eventually reflect your oneness with Divinity.

Now that a precedent of truth has been established, I can address the controversial, albeit simple, subject of A.I.D.S. Theories of its origin are as ridiculous as they are diverse:  a monkey bite, the flight attendant from Florida, a government science lab conspiracy using genetic manipulation to eliminate certain strains of the human race and, of course, the ever-popular theory of the “illuminati” of twelve dark and powerful families who rule the world. Have I covered them all? There is one commonality among all these theories. They are all distortion, all false, all fear-based, and all focused on the physical plane.

A.I.D.S. is a cure, not a disease. Before a dis-ease can affect a body, it must already exist within one’s consciousness. The condition now classified as A.I.D.S. was made manifest as the cure for one of the most insidious, non-loving, and destructive diseases ever to touch this planet:  Prejudice.

Using the same model I shared earlier in this treatise, when the distorted thought form of Prejudice and its subsequent behavior patterns reached epic proportions in the human collective consciousness, A.I.D.S. appeared on the physical plane to curtail and, eventually, eliminate this ugly disease. How more simple did God have to make it? Its very name means “help.” How A.I.D.S. cures the disease of Prejudice is by gifting the world a vehicle to develop deeper and deeper levels of love and acceptance for self and others.

Why did it appear first, and in greatest number, in the communities of homosexuals and those of African descent? Because homophobia and racism are the two arenas of Prejudice which had reached the breaking point. What is the foremost in the consciousness of ones who have the disease of racism or homophobia? “Get out of my sight. Get away from me. Go away.” Since whatever one resists persists and intensifies, what do these ones get in return? A.I.D.S. puts the very object of their malcontent in their faces, accompanied by the most hideous, “will not go away, cannot ignore it” circumstances. It then infiltrated the media to bring this message to the whole world community. People call A.I.D.S. the disease? A.I.D.S. is the cure for a disease that is rampant on the planet. How dare anyone deny another the right to live or condemn another for the free-willed, free-loving choices they make, choices granted to them by their own Creator!

When you come into this world, your divine, masterful soul—carefree and unaffected by the world of illusion—simply scans through all potential human experiences and picks the ones that will serve it best. When your soul is looking at creating a life for itself, all the outer trappings of a human embodiment mean nothing, in and of themselves. Rich is the same as poor. Fat is the same as skinny. Aging is the beautiful next phase of a life, not the decrepit deterioration of one. Your soul just picks. Whatever experience it needs, it will choose and create, effortlessly and calmly.

That is how your soul, as God, views the world. Is that how the world plays out? Far from it. On Earth judgments, criticisms, complaints, oppressions, punishments, and crime abound—all stemming from distorted perceptions of what is right and wrong, good and bad—and A.I.D.S. was woven into manifestation by those same non-loving energies as their cure. And, indeed, A.I.D.S. will not be removed by any pill, by any shot, by any genetic manipulation whatsoever, until the disease of Prejudice is sufficiently removed from the collective consciousness, if not cured altogether. And if, by some reason, an unyielding heart of humanity renders some commonly accepted, false “cure,” while still avoiding treatment of the real disease, you can rest assured that another, even more heinous circumstance will arise to command the attention of mankind. Lava always finds the weak spot in the rock.

In every single case of someone who completes his or her embodiment via this vehicle called A.I.D.S., that person becomes the nucleus of a community which forms around that one. As this community watches—and vicariously experiences—all the exile, pain, and suffering that this one draws unto him- or herself, their hearts get pierced in a way that they had never before experienced. Those whose gaze and focus are centered upon that nucleus watch their own lives go through unprecedented levels of transformation, as their hearts literally explode with love, mercy, forgiveness, and compassion. As they continue to serve, clean, care for, feed, talk to, and hold this one, their hearts just keep breaking and breaking. The often-hideous physical deterioration of the beautiful human body, coupled with the ostracism and exile imposed on the patient by so many who are stricken with fear and judgment, are powerful enough to override anyone’s resistance to becoming unconditional love.

Once that physical incarnation is complete, the blessings that all those in that community have received continue to ripple out into their own communities—their families, friends, employers, etc. They now have an eye on the world which they never had before. They have a depth of compassion for others beyond their wildest dreams of what was humanly attainable. They, likewise, have evolved into a similar capacity for forgiveness and acceptance of others. And the levels of appreciation that those most closely touched by A.I.D.S. now find for each other, and for the gift of simply being alive, is astounding. To be present to the glory and the beauty of every moment is a priceless gift.

Consider (for those of you who have not actually had this experience) what it would be like to have darker skin than your next-door neighbor and to be hated for it? To be unwelcome, ridiculed, spit at, oppressed, assaulted, and even murdered? Allow your mind to move beyond the perception of “black and white.” Those are connotations, flavors with which non-loving hearts “color” the truth. The truth is that there are no black and white people. This planet is inhabited by one people, one race—the human race. And every single person among that race has a certain amount of pigmentation in his skin, some more, some less. We all have the same skin and the same pigmentation process. To see that racial prejudice actually arose over differences in pigmentation, not people, shows how absurd and insane it is.

Add to that prejudice over sexual preference, something as equally absurd, a choice which affects no one outside of those freely choosing with whom to engage and love. Now add to that the fact that your soul has neither gender, nor color, nor desire or preference and the insanity reaches a level for which classification does not exist.

The next obvious question is “Why does the person who has A.I.D.S. contract it? A.I.D.S. is magnetized to an individual to heal conscious and unconscious internalized prejudice. Imagine if you were living in one of the above-mentioned circumstances. It is very easy to see how one would assume those negative thoughts, judgments, and feelings about oneself. How much homophobia could one withstand before becoming homophobic oneself (fearing being homosexual, because of what one would have to endure in the world, and then loathing oneself—and God—because of it)? The same goes for racial prejudice. How much of that abuse could one withstand before internalizing it and thus losing the ability to love oneself and others unconditionally… and eventually demonstrating the very same racial prejudice towards the oppressors and towards self, be it overtly or unconsciously?

It is for this reason that individuals draw A.I.D.S. into their bodies, in order to learn self-love and self-acceptance as the cure for internalized prejudice towards the self (which, in turn, is also often projected onto others). Then, there are those who draw A.I.D.S. to themselves via someone close to them who contracts it. It is by learning to unconditionally love and accept others that these ones will transcend their prejudices and ultimately attain greater self-love and self-acceptance.

It is only by curing the diseases of the human consciousness that one can cure the diseases which plague the human body. Finally, it is imperative that I address the misperceptions many have over the word “cure.” Most people define “curing” as “please God, make it (this condition) go away.” But this fear-laden perception is linked to a chain of others. Nothing in this perfect world ever needs changing. It is only by changing your distorted perceptions of the world that its own inherent divinity is revealed to you.

Once realizing that you only need to change your distorted perceptions and not your circumstances, you would only have one question to ever bring to the altar of God:  “Please help me to understand why I created (the blessing of) this circumstance (for which I am so grateful) and what it has come to teach me?” Thus, the true definition of “curing” is, “To expand into a greater consciousness of Love through one’s experience.”

It is entirely possible that physical conditions can remain—and even intensify—after a consciousness has been healed. It is simply a question of dharma. It is sometimes God’s will for a soul to complete its incarnation under physically debilitating circumstances for the sake of the continued gifts they are bestowing unto the self and the world. Such was the case for St. Francis of Assisi and Lord Jesus. Their physical suffering had nothing to do with distorted perceptions or with a lack of attunement to God’s will. Both lived in an ongoing and ever-expanding state of surrender. In point of fact, their suffering was the way they had contracted to serve God. Their hearts and minds were at peace, and they accepted their lives with gratitude and surrender. Truly, their lives demonstrated that they never allowed their temporary, physical circumstances to define their own divine, immortal natures. A heart at peace knows no suffering.

In closing, always remember to welcome and bless every circumstance and condition in your life, for you needed, wanted, chose, and created them. Ask yourself in every situation, “What is this teaching me? How can I expand my consciousness and become greater Love, by way of this experience?” Most of all, turn every inhalation into the mantra “I am so blessed” and every exhalation into the mantra “I am so grateful.” Do this, and yours will be a world filled with peace, love, and joy.

One of my issues that came up for me for healing, which came up through my time with You, beloved Guruji, was regarding being with a guy when I was at age 25. This man really tried to do me in… I mean he possibly would have killed me had I not finally become free of him. Everything from physical beatings, verbal assaults, sado-masochistic sex, financial dependence on him,  regular humiliations, mind control, satanic practices, isolating me and turning me against my family and friends,  sleep deprivation—all of this over a five-month period.

I prayed to God for help and was able to leave my virtual imprisonment, and have been on the road with God in my heart ever since. So I understand that, because of the pain this man inflicted on me, I then was able to turn to God and surrender (then), and that was such a great gift. But I still had (and have) fears about being in a vulnerable position like that. And I realize that there is nothing—absolutely nothing—in Your example, in Your behaviour with me or any others, with Your teachings, with anything that I have ever heard You say or do, that could anyway indicate that You are anything other than Loving. Yet, my fears (again dissolving as I write this) are that my surrender to You might lead to my being harmed in any of these ways.

It is another great lila, dear Guruji:  where You are showing me the healing, offering this to me, and I accept it now. These memories… they are not the truth of who I am. They are something to be given to the Light and thanked and blessed for their place in my life at that time. Yes, these events did bring me to God; and, yes, yes, (the truth of what You have spoken about) this man has played a great role in my life by playing the role of hurting me, something that only a truly loving soul could and would do for me. I forgive him. I forgive him. I was scared before—terrified—but now I am free to forgive. I am stronger and wiser, and I can love him.

Lots of tears are flowing now, Guruji. Thank You for this gift. I hope I can continue loving and forgiving. Your grace has triggered this release in me.

What do you suppose might happen if you quieted the mind and the emotional body and delivered the compliment to the one who most deserves to hear it? You might (both) start to cry and hug each other. Maybe your friend will say that he loves you, leaving you with a new predicament—having to receive pure, unconditional love from another. All sorts of fears arise from this thought: “What will I say? What will I do? Will I now be obligated? What will come next, now that we have crossed the forbidden bridge?” These fears can drive you to great lengths to avoid being intimate with the ones with whom you really need and long to be.

The best place to begin this conversation is with your parents. How many of you have a parent who passed on before you had a chance to say something to him/her that you really wanted to say? How many of you still have moments when you feel a lump in your throat, a knot in your chest, or tears in your eyes over it? How many of you wished, at the very least, “God, if I had her back for even one minute, I would run to her, throw myself at her feet, and tell her how much I love her and how grateful I am to have her as my mother.” But instead of telling her, you told everyone else or no one at all. And for those whose parents are still embodied, why wait? Tell them now and every chance you get.

Time is the most precious commodity on the planet. No moment lives beyond the confines of itself. And no moment can ever be lived twice. Knowing this, would you be willing to make a promise to yourself? Will you live each moment of your life as though it were your last? Because it is. Tomorrow is promised to no one. Although many are quick to make this promise, few keep it because, soon after each Epiphany or spiritual renewal, they allow themselves to get sucked back in by the groaning machine of life’s daily routines.

The first, and most powerful, place to apply this promise is in your relationships with others. What if you treated every encounter with every human being—friend, foe, lover, brother, boss, stranger—as the very last time you will ever have together. How would your behavior differ in those encounters if you truly knew you would never see them again? How would it differ if you knew it was your last day on the planet?

Any human being who could be fully present to that truth would cry a river of tears in most all of those moments. You would also laugh, hug, hold, compliment, and share your love profusely. The reason this scenario rarely plays out is because being present to that level of truth is excruciating. Why? It brings up the all-pervasive, all-encompassing, human fear of death, of that person and (more importantly) of your own. Human life is predicated upon the fear of death, from the very first moment of living, because of the conscious and unconscious belief in mortality.

Fear of intimacy leaches into many different corners of one’s life. What about couples who have been married twenty or thirty years? None would argue that certain things do become rote after all those years. “Honey comes home from work each night at six o’clock. Dinner is at six-thirty. We dine out on Saturday. Our children come to visit every Thanksgiving.” Life finds that it has settled into a groove. Things are taken for granted. You make gross assumptions that are totally illusory. “It just happens” is the excuse most commonly used and accepted. In truth, nothing just “happens.” Everything you do, and everything that happens to you, occurs solely by way of your own conscious, or unconscious, free-willed choice.

Have you ever been driving home and heard sirens as you neared your house and felt your heart start pounding with, “Oh, my God, please don’t let it be my house!” What if you drove home one day only to find your house charred to the ground? You were expecting to have dinner with your wife and children, and you find out from the fireman that they are all dead. After wailing and mourning for weeks or months or years, where is the first place your mind will take you? To the last time you saw them. “What did I say? What space was I in? Did I say ‘I love you?’”

These “wake up” calls obviously come to those who directly experienced them, but they also happen for the benefit of all those who, in any way, witnessed or gained awareness of the incidents. Ironically, it is most always those who say “Yes, I know that” who insist on learning the lesson and receiving the gift only after tragedy has struck their own lives, rather than doing so, vicariously, through the experiences of others.

Does that mean to live in fear? No, it means the opposite. Live in passion. Claim every moment. Seize each moment and promise yourself you will never avoid an opportunity to tell someone you love him or her and that you care. That is “living in the moment,” living in mastery. Unfortunately, so many minds become consumed by such putrefied thoughts as, “When am I going to ascend? When am I going to do my life’s work? What level initiate am I? I am in the twelfth overtone of the third octave twice removed on Sundays.” What does that mean? Can anyone tell me? Does it matter? Does any of it matter?

What matters is how much you are loving the person who is sitting next to you right now. That is what matters. Do you take a genuine, human interest in the lives of those who are serving you, or do “Thank You’s” carelessly roll off your tongue like grains of salt falling out of a shaker? Always take the time to look deep into the eyes of one who has just served you, to sincerely express your gratitude and love. Why not ask if your server is comfortable? Ask if there is anything you can get for him. Have fun with it. Surprise people. Do something for someone who does not expect it. That is where and when the magic of life really starts to happen.

Life is not about knowing everything or having all the right things to say. It is about filling each moment with passion, adventure, love, and joy. Look in your heart. The heart knows everything about everything all the time. “Christedness” means choosing that which serves the highest good for the greatest number of people in any given moment. Combine this principle with “living each moment as your last” and you will experience the heights of intimacy and ecstasy in communion with all those you meet, all the days of your life.

The following are some simple guidelines for you to derive the highest vibration—and the greatest blessings—from not only your gathering (even when dining “alone”) but also from your food itself.

The consciousness you are in when you create is what you create.

It is important to treat the preparing of food as a sacred ceremony, for the people who eat it will be consuming the energy of the mental and emotional state you were in while you were creating it. If you are in a loving mood while making a meal, you will be serving love to whomever partakes of the food, regardless of what sits upon the plate; and the opposite is also true (if you are angry, they will be fed anger). Add to that the importance of securing wholesome, organic food (and, ideally, with a high concentration of vegan and raw food… though the same sacred practices and principles apply to non-vegan foods), best obtained from local growers, and you have the recipe for the most nourishing meal imaginable—on all levels of being.

Some of the ways you can create a sacred space before and during meal preparation include prayers, blessings, candles, and soft, ambient music. This could include singing devotional songs; chanting a prayer, mantra, or blessing; or even humming sweetly. Bless the food while you are preparing it, every step of the way, ongoingly blessing the growers, the sellers, the diners, and Mother Earth for providing it. Be in a state of deep gratefulness, and focus on the joy and privilege of being able to serve others (and yourself) in this way.

Remember that the real and only food we eat is prana (life force energy). Our earthly meals are only one of many different vehicles through which we draw prana into our bodies and auric fields. Others include meditation, yoga, pranayama, receiving darshan and shaktipat, healing music, art, exercise, and wholesome communion with animals and nature.

The experience of eating is one of deep communion with your Lord God. Eat each meal with gratitude and respect. It is a wise practice to eat some of your meals in silence. If you speak at all, offer only words of love and joy, perhaps sharing your gratefulness for something beautiful which happened that day. Let go of the tendency to chatter and gossip. And never rant, complain, or discuss business during meals (if you are on a “business” lunch, do the talking/business part after the meal, perhaps over tea).

I also highly recommend that everyone incorporate fasting one day each week—in addition to your yearly, or seasonal, fasts. This will kindle a deeper appreciation for the gift and privilege of having food; develop greater compassion, empathy, and desire to help those who are starving in the world; and create more balanced appetite and consumption habits, by actually mitigating tendencies to gorge, binge, waste, or otherwise abuse the tradition of eating. You will be amazed at the countless gifts you will receive by surrendering one day’s worth of food each week. Finally, as we are all connected in the Great Circle of Life, your selfless offering will alchemically reduce starvation and poverty on the planet in a much more far-reaching and impactful way than any offering of money or time you could make, because this type of gift is wired directly into the collective consciousness at the cellular and even sub-atomic levels.

Always remember that there are three stages of eating:  preparation, consumption, and clean-up. If you have not created enough time to complete all three phases of the meal—in grace, you do not have enough time to eat. If that is the case, it would be better to go about your busy-ness, and return when you can give your “breaking of bread” its due place of honor in your day.

After your meal, the practice of restoring the space to an even higher level of grace than you found it will cap the dining experience with the ultimate blessing, as the next ones to come along will enter into and receive your blessing, which, in the karmic cycle of life, returns it once again to you and all your future endeavors.

It is best to have paper and pen handy before you begin. Start by asking your inner child, "How are you feeling?" Then switch the hand with which you normally write. If you are right-handed, put the pen in your left hand. If you are left-handed, put it in your right hand. This automatically gives voice to the inner child—it is that simple. Then, just let the writing flow, with no editing or censoring. That begins your communion. After the pen has finished writing, you might offer your inner child some words of comfort, compassion, and understanding (no explaining, theorizing, or intellectualizing). The inner child needs to be heard and understood. The next question you ask aloud is:  "What do you need?" Again, simply allow the pen (in the opposing hand) to respond. You will be able to recognize your inner child’s writing because the sentences will be very short and direct, containing simple words and short, succinct phrases. Small children live "in the moment." They are tactile and direct, never indulging in intellectual reasoning or philosophizing. They will always, like all little children, tell you exactly how they are feeling and exactly what they want, in every moment.

The next step is the negotiation. Some people prefer to speak aloud to the inner child; others prefer to write their dialogue by switching the writing utensil back to the hand normally used to write… either way works. At first, your inner child—finally having been given a voice after so many years of neglect—may be extremely unreasonable, wanting to make up for a whole lifetime of feeling abused, ignored, chided, suppressed, or otherwise unloved. He or she may be telling you to stay home from your job, to go out and play all day (every day!), etc. Thus, in the beginning of this new relationship, you may have to plea bargain and compromise what you know needs to get accomplished a lot more than later on, while you are restoring lines of communication and regaining this one’s trust. This is normal and necessary. It is also to be expected that much of what you will be doing for and with your inner child will be the activities that you most loved as a child, and either wanted more of or were not allowed to engage in to your heart’s content when you were young. That part may never change, though your inner child will, in time, learn to like and enjoy more of your "adult" activities, too.

This is your opportunity to re-parent your inner child, to forge a new relationship with him/her, and to provide this one with an unprecedented level of unconditional love—the life-essential, unconditional love that few people were ever given when they were children, in the way they needed. Be tolerant, patient, and compassionate, and enjoy exploring your relationship with one another. Above all else, make sure to always keep your word (as it is wise to do with all people!).

It is vitally important to remember that your wounded inner child is the saboteur who impedes your progress, dashes all your plans, and prevents you from pretty much getting anything done. Your healed and happy inner child is the access to your Christ child, who is the access to your divinity and to your full mastery over all earthly dominion… in short, your happiness.

Not only Masters in the process of being restored to their inherent divinity, but also Creators, are thee. Let that knowingness guide your choices in life, as you realize the power and consequence living within each one of them. Thus, in any moment of your life, if you stop and reflect upon your circumstances and find disfavor with them, you need only to make better choices—kinder ones, more loving ones, more selfless ones, and ones that are more deeply connected to the heart, mind, and will of God. And so it follows that all your outer circumstances will then, once again, reflect the very same.

Regardless of your understanding of this principle or your comfort with its effects, remember, in every given moment and in every given circumstance, to feel duly blessed and grateful, for there is an inherent perfection in each and every circumstance, in each and every moment of your life. Knowing this, and living by this credo, brings you peace—deep, inner peace—regardless of circumstance… and in every circumstance.

In addition to the enjoyment derived from recording your miracles and sharing them with others, your Miracle Journal is most valuable when you find yourself in a dark night of the soul, have momentarily forgotten your divine nature as pure love, or have (in some other way) lent credence to The Illusion.

When you are in the midst of feeling depressed, angry, or hopeless, pull out this journal of all the victorious, God-filled events and transformations in your life and start reading it. All you need to do is to keep reading this chronicle of your divinity, and it will pull you out every time. It may not seem to you, in the moment, that this will take the dent out of your car, or recoup (a lost) five thousand dollars, or bring your deceased spouse or parent back to life. It does, however, facilitate your success in transcending and transmuting the situation—and your reaction to it—every single time, because the journal will very quickly guide your consciousness back to the only thing that is real—Love.

Whenever you delve into your Miracle Journal, your focus is pulled there and, thus, out of the downward spiral of negativity. All of a sudden the Truth starts washing through you again, and you begin to reprogram your consciousness back into love and joy—its natural state. Your earthly circumstance then shifts to follow suit with your now-correct state of consciousness. The Miracle Journal works because it exists outside the realm of Duality. As such, it harbors the full power, wisdom, and love of God. Enjoy!

People who hold themselves as unlovable attack whenever they receive love, and the intensity of the attack is always commensurate with the amount of love received.

The God-surrogate/transference dynamic of the human psyche is what makes people expect and unconsciously demand to be treated the way their parents treated them.

As few parents have retained their innate and God-given ability to love unconditionally—it having been crushed and/or programmed out of them when they were children—most people grow to misinterpret conditional love, judgment, criticism, and even abuse as being unconditional love, through the God-transference dynamic.

It only follows, then, that (as adults) all acts of unconditional love received can only be interpreted as “violations” (until, of course, that negative programming has been transcended and reversed) and, therefore, must be punished.

Gaining awareness is the access to power.
Applying the awareness is the attainment of power.

The cure is achieved through concerted discipline in constantly affirming one’s natural state as being one that is whole and loving, one’s God-given right and worthiness to receive love, and in affirming humanity’s natural predisposition and desire to always and only love unconditionally.

This, in turn, not only re-programs the mental and emotional bodies, but also magnetizes spontaneous kind and loving acts, which now can be easily recognized, welcomed, and received in grace.

These acts are now able to stimulate and activate the divinely-inherent love mechanism, born into all humans, to respond in kind, thus fostering and perpetuating unconditional love throughout the world and within one’s own life—achieving and fulfilling God’s will for all Creation.

The God-transference dynamic

All souls, pre-incarnation, live in the constant and omnipresent love and company of their Lord God and Creator.

Because only the superconscious (I Am) awareness is maintained at birth, the conscious and most of the unconscious states having been erased, every child is born with a fully cellular knowing of its Divine parentage and—now in a physical form—very readily and instantly recognizes (the innocent but dangerous misinterpretation) and accepts its earthly parents (biological, adoptive, guardians and/or all other first and/or primary caregivers) as God—not as surrogates or substitutes for God, but as God itself—in much the same way that many newly-born animals will recognize and accept the first living creature they see as their true parents.

And since every soul and, therefore, child knows that God is infallible and wholly, unconditionally loving, any and all acts performed by the earthly parents are likewise interpreted and known by the child to be ones of unconditional love.

Then, as parents continue to place conditions upon the love they give, to judge, criticize, hit, and otherwise hurt their children—wittingly and unwittingly—all children know ought else but to accept these as God’s own acts, which can only, by definition, be ones of unconditional love.

Now incarnated and very quickly having a new definition of the unconditional love they knew and received pre-incarnating, people grow to expect, demand, and therefore create this same behavior and treatment from others in their lives—particularly in all intimate and/or long-term relationships.

Because all children, however, also retain the soul’s knowingness of the true, unconditional love that they received from God prior to incarnation, whenever they experience non-love or conditional love from their parents, an internal conflict arises.

Since God can only love unconditionally, and since the earthly parents are God in the child’s eyes and heart and, therefore, are infallible too, all non-loving behaviors and acts committed by the parents must—as far as the child is concerned—be due to, and blamed upon, what (in the child’s innocent eyes, heart, and mind) can only be the child’s own fallible, unlovable, and non-loving state of being.

Thus sets in place the programming by which all human beings define themselves and create their lives, until such time as the soul can and will no longer tolerate the absurdity of these terms and conditions.

At that moment, the spiritual “awakening” occurs, and the “seeker” is born.

The Restoration

What then follows—as ones gain greater and greater awareness and remembrance of their true, divine nature, and learn and practice the many tools to perfectly assist their de-mummification process—is the gradual (re) emergence of their divine and unconditionally-loving state of being.

When one’s consciousness has reached the 50%-saturation of being pure, unconditional love, one crosses the threshold known as “Enlightenment” and is forever liberated from living in the illusion of believing that one is, or ever was, separate from God.

At this point, a quantum shift occurs, now that the gravity called Fear no longer holds dominion in one’s life. As Love is now the gravity which sustains one’s embodiment on Earth, the divine restoration (ascension) process now becomes highly accelerated. Fears and distortions are now easily recognized, transmuted, and transcended, and love is likewise easily recognized, welcomed, and created at every turn.

As there are as many levels, or tiers, of illuminated consciousness as there are within a consciousness which lives in Separation, once the enlightened being has completed the process of refining his/her remaining distortions, the rest of one’s life is spent refining his/her refinements, for God is infinite love, infinitely and ever expanding through the greater awareness of love attained by every cell of outer Creation in every moment of this ascension process. And since you were created in God’s image and are—in essence and therefore by definition—God, yourself, the same is true for you.

So… what happens, one wonders, when the Cosmic ascension process is complete? The answer is simple: That question—and its origin—no longer exist.

The easiest and only way to accept your life and find true inner peace is to mature to the point whereby you admit to yourself that you chose your life. To be in denial and in projection is childish, immature, and is an expression of victim consciousness. You have this life because you chose it—period. As soon as you accept this inalienable truth, you will be on the road to inner peace.

If you go to a restaurant and order a bowl of macaroni, you do not spend the whole night saying, "Why did I get macaroni? Why did that mean waiter bring it to me? I can’t stand this! I can’t stand macaroni!" The macaroni is on your plate simply because you asked for it. If you did not want it, you would not have asked for it.

You chose your life:  every thing, every one, and every circumstance in it. Accept that truth, then you can be about your Father- and Mother-God’s business, which you came here to be and to do.

Inner peace comes from within, hence the name "inner" peace. It can and will never be found outside of self, through any activity or any pursuit other than the pursuit for inner peace, which is an inward quest. Until you make peace with yourself, you will never find peace in the world.

Once you stop fighting your destiny,
you will be more able to enjoy shaping and coloring your destiny.

The same dynamic can be found in the New Age movement. The pursuit of enlightenment, ascension, bi-location, teleportation, etc. are all pursuits of false gods. They are attachments and distractions of the mind. Desires are acts of Separation. Inherent in one’s desire for anything is the belief that one lacks something and, therefore, needs something. Thus, desire places an object of pursuit before God which, in turn, distances one even further from God.

Desire not the fruits of life with God. Desire, instead, life with God.

Life with The Beloved is not about enlightenment. It is about falling so completely in love with Creation that you are in Oneness with everything in any given moment. Then the next moment comes and you fall in love all over again. What if it is God’s will that you do not attain enlightenment in this embodiment? Does that mean you fail? No. The only desire worth having is to become consumed by God’s love. Place no conditions upon what that looks like. God is love. Thus, yearn to know love, to feel love, to express love, and to become love—beyond limit. If that means enlightenment, then accept it. If it means being married, single, gay, straight, rich, poor, with or without kids, famous or unknown, accept that too. It does not matter. Those titles, positions, and attributes are simply what God needs to play this game of chess with your lives. Furthermore, all those attainments of the material world are gone forever in the instant you transit your physical form, from a life whose entirety only amounts to one blink of your soul’s eternal eye.

God does not need six billion people enlightened in this decade, or in this century for that matter. God needs a surrendered, willing heart that says, "Use me according to Thy will." There are countless people who are not enlightened Masters, yet live so completely in rapture with God, and it blesses everything they do. I have seen many working in hotels and restaurants. The love I see oozing out of them almost brings Me to tears. Some of them are going home to screaming children, no money, and fifteen people living in a one-room box of a house with no windows; yet, they walk in grace because they feel the love of God constantly in their hearts. They see it, and insist on seeing it, in every single thing they do. That is the magic which helps them transcend their circumstance. Many of them have never read a book on ascension and might think enlightenment is what happens when you flip the light switch on a wall. Do you think it matters? Do you think they care? Their focus is on God, not on His gifts.

Love is what everyone is seeking. The irony is that all have the power to have it in any moment. Many just do not give themselves permission, partly because they do not believe that they can have it. Most have been taught that life is about having to attain something. Others believe that, once they become enlightened, then they will have that love. But it is the other way around. It is the love which leads one into enlightenment.

No moment lives beyond the confines of itself. All that matters is to fill each moment with the highest amount of love you can muster, then ache to give even more. It is in these moments that you are in Oneness. It is in these moments that you are living life with The Beloved.

The second half of the Law of Creation states:  “As you reap, so do you return to Source one-tenth.” This part is called the Law of Tithing, a law that few understand and even fewer practice in the manner which God ordained. Tithing fulfills the Law of Creation. Without it, energy moves only half way around the cycle of life.

The reason people do not tithe is because of poverty consciousness; in other words, living in survival mode. What do you suppose created poverty on this planet? In a word:  Hoarding. I will explain. The universe is always in perfect balance. Since this planet currently lives in duality, that balance is achieved through the interaction and merging of polar opposites. The moment the first person had that feeling of, “I will just hold onto a little bit, to save for a rainy day,” an energetic tube through which flows God’s infinite supply was severed and poverty was created—by man, not by God.

The underlying motivation for the decision to hoard is a deep-rooted fear which speaks, “God will not be there for me, so I will just have to take care of myself.” Further substantiating this is the fact that all your thoughts, both loving and non-loving, manifest in kind on the physical plane. Thus, it is that the thought form of hoarding preceded and precipitated the condition known as poverty. While many insist on it being the other way around, universal law states that form follows thought. Humanity has propagated that fear for eons of time, offering axioms such as “survival of the fittest,” “look out for Number One,” “kill or be killed.” Because these are held firmly in more than fifty percent of humanity’s consciousness, they exist as reality for the collective whole. Paradoxically, as there is nothing outside of self, if an individual does not hold those fear-based tenets, one does not live or experience that as one’s reality—even if 99% of the planet was being affected by that non-loving thought form in the collective grid.

Among the multitudes whose fear has them struggling to hoard and save, there are ones who have tremendous heart openings and, feeling the love of God, suddenly want to share and give. These spiritual awakenings, however, are seldom enough to fully move ones out of the overriding mantle of fear- or duality-based consciousness with regards to money. Thus, the internal dialogue which follows is, “As soon as I put my kids through school…,” “once I meet my twin flame…,” “as soon as I get that new car…,” “as soon as I get a promotion…,” “…then I will be soooo generous.”

How would you feel if the sun said that to you? “As soon as you surrender a hundred billion percent of yourself to God, I will cast a ray your way.” How would you feel if the trees all decided to withhold oxygen until you came a hundred percent to God? Does God or the universe meter out Its gifts to you? Why, then, does humanity continue to bastardize a Law of Creation which is so beyond the mind’s ability to conceive? Hedging and leveraging demonstrate fear, not faith; yet, it is faith which builds the Temple—the same faith which God and the sun and the trees show you in every moment.

The solution and the cure for poverty on this planet, as well as the means for manifesting abundance (in every area of your life), is to fulfill the law and cycle of Creation by returning to the universe one-tenth of all that the universe gives to you. Someone once asked Me, “Is that gross or net?” Since the universe does not have conditions placed upon its giving to you, you cannot have conditions placed on giving back to it.

The single, most powerful and effective way to return to the universe is to tithe the 10% back to the Creator through a single point of focus, the neck in the hourglass. Which single point do you choose? You are spun from love; you live on love; you radiate love; and when your embodiments are finished, you no longer need air, food, and water but still need love to sustain eternal life. Love is, therefore, the one element you need for survival. It is for this reason that the highest source of returning to the universe is through the point which gives you the greatest spiritual or loving nourishment. Thus, if you have a spiritual teacher, mentor, or Guru, give there. If you are completely devoted to a hospice, an orphanage, a church, give there.

Tithe first to the person or place which most feeds your soul and brings you closer to God,
because that is the funnel through which God (the universe) most feeds you with love.

Do not use “I don’t know where to give,” “I can’t decide,” “once I have more money…” as excuses to continue hoarding and creating poverty in the world for yourself and others. If you look within and cannot seem to arrive at a decision, just pick something. Pick a recipient so that you create a perfect neck in the hourglass through which to give back to the universe. It is virtually impossible to tap into God’s full universal abundance without tithing. Even if one has amassed great material wealth, that one would be lacking in God’s abundance somewhere else in his life—health, relationship, happiness, etc.—if not fulfilling God’s own Law of Creation.

Once, I was in the middle of sharing this at a conference when an irate woman jumped up and screamed out:  “I disagree with tithing to one person or place. Sai Baba says ‘Love All, Serve All’.” To this outburst I calmly responded, “Who said stop at ten percent?” It is in giving that you receive. Tithing is simply the first place of giving. Giving the first 10% of all you receive, ongoingly, to a single point of focus fulfills the Law of Creation. The universe was constructed, and functions, according to this principle. The more you give, the more you receive, provided that the giving is motivated by joy, gratefulness, and unconditional love, and provided that the gift is given freely—without attachment, expectation, or entitlement.

It is important to remember that the energetic value of any act, thought, word, or feeling is only and exactly equal to the consciousness with which it is delivered. If you tithe begrudgingly, you are sowing bitter seeds and you will harvest bitter fruits for yourself. Even though the money will still bless another, it will not bless you in return. Do whatever you do in love, joy, and gratefulness. Then everyone is blessed and rewarded.

At a time when “transforming the ills on this planet” is so pressing on the minds of many, here lies an opportunity to have an instant and lasting impact on the world in so many ways. And you need neither wealth, fame, status, nor training to do it. The very fact that one person’s $10 tithe has the exact same healing effect on self and others as another’s $10,000 tithe (provided both tithes constitute 10% of the individuals’ respective gross earnings) proves that this law is given and facilitated directly by God.

It amazes Me how few people adopt this practice once gaining awareness of it. Universal laws built and govern all Creation. They are not affected by anyone’s opinions about them. Until the Law of Creation is honored, poverty will continue to grow and flourish on this planet like a brush fire out of control. Furthermore, while there are many ways in which to give, the Law of Tithing outlined here is the prerequisite and foundation for all others.

It is with great joy that I lay this treasure in your lap, the opportunity and the power to personally wipe the disease called Poverty from this planet and be blessed by God’s spiritual and material abundance in so doing.

Sometimes God lovingly asks a soul to perform a type of karmic sweeping, whereby the individual takes on conditions from another, as part of conscious or unconscious agreements made to serve that soul by absorbing some of that one’s karma. In the case of illumined masters, saints, and yogis who knowingly take the diseases and poisons of the world into their holy bodies, thus becoming ill by so doing, it is their conscious, loving act and gift to humanity. Yet, even without being enlightened or possessing great siddhas (divine powers), many people perform these same services to God and others; some are simply unaware of it. Either way, these acts can be likened, metaphorically, to "carrying the cross" for another, helping to ease the burden of another by carrying some of that one’s illness, emotional pain, etc. To help each other in this way is part of our divine nature, even though some might say they disagree or do not remember or believe in such a concept (the Truth is not affected by anyone’s opinion).

At other times, one’s own pain, fear, distortions, or other negative programming will create a circumstance called "unconscious psychic mopping" (bearing the same effect and outward appearance as in the case of karmic sweeping, the difference existing only at the causal level, in that God is not asking for this to be done). Psyching mopping can be—and needs to be—eliminated, once the negative patterns causing it are identified and addressed.

The primary focus of this article is upon a specific set of negative patterns which create the psychic mopping described above, for this is the one I encounter most in the case of healers who take on the conditions of their clients. Many healers (this includes channels, doctors, shamans, psychics, intuitive healers, etc.) become ill through healing because they are attached to that which they do. The ego personality has an investment, an energetic hook, in the process. There are many types of these hooks, including:  being impressed by one’s own abilities, wanting to impress others, seeking approval, having expectations of (or attachment to) results, etc.

When you have expectations or attachments surrounding the result, you have placed a condition upon love. Therefore, God’s unconditional love (the power that heals) cannot flow. Similarly, if you are attached to the process, you can just as easily become attached to (affected by) the illness or any of its symptoms and side effects. Furthermore, these attachments may be either conscious or unconscious and still have the same effect on the healer.

Some of these distortions stem from a gross misunderstanding of what a healer is. Humanity collectively agrees that the healer is the "doer." To that, many will say, "No. I disagree. I am the instrument, I am the vessel." Perhaps, conceptually, one might think so, but I am talking about belief systems, which are very different than thoughts or opinions. The belief system currently held on this planet is that healers "fix" people. Inherent in that distorted belief is a consciousness of Separation. It implies that the client is broken, which implies that he or she is less than the perfection of God’s creation. This is tantamount to saying that God made a mistake and that God is fallible. Consequently, any healers who hold the conscious or unconscious belief that they are fixing others are, in essence, elevating and separating themselves from their clients and, ultimately, from God.

Implicit in one’s understanding of healing as "fixing" there is a judgment. The origin of this judgment is, again, fear-based. People fear pain because they do not understand that pain is actually part of the healing process itself. Pain is important because it is the barometer by which you can measure your resistance (to God’s will). Your soul is constantly transmuting and/or ejecting non-loving energies from your body and aura. Pain results whenever there is conscious or unconscious resistance to (i.e. control over) that very natural process.

A heart at peace knows no suffering, regardless of circumstance.

The soul never sets about with the intention of introducing pain into the body. The soul is constantly drawing situations and circumstances for the purpose of extricating the energies (and consciousness) of Separation from the self.

The pursuit of comfort and the pursuit of growth are mutually exclusive and diametrically opposed. Pain is falsely perceived as the enemy because most people are seeking comfort rather than growth. The fact that people rush to doctors to obtain pain "killers" bespeaks this self-deluding belief system. Human beings molt, just like crabs and snakes. Yours is simply not as visible… or is it? Hair, skin, cells—these all molt and replenish themselves. But so does your whole being. The one aspect of molting which humans deny, avoid, and resist the most is the molting of consciousness. Paradoxically, this is the most important part of the healing process because it affects all others and is the very vehicle for endearing you into the heart of God and for realizing your own divinity. Do you have to experience pain as part of the growth process? Absolutely not. God did not create your pain and suffering—you did. It is not growth but resistance to growth which causes pain.

It is for this reason that the soul, in its infinite wisdom, has to sometimes resort to drastic measures in order to elicit the surrender of the separate ego personality’s tyrannical, fear-stricken control over the course of one’s life on Earth, a life which is about nothing other than uniting with The Beloved. And every time your consciousness outgrows its shell (which can happen from one to one hundred times a day), it molts. It is the resistance to this very necessary and ongoing growth process of the soul incarnate that has come to be known as pain. Unfortunately, the antiquated paradigm of healing is still held in the collective grid of humanity’s consciousness. Independent of what any healers think about themselves or their practices, it is a stain on humanity’s consciousness which has yet to be fully transmuted.

In truth, the healer is not solely responsible for the healing. The healer allows and facilitates Love. Love is the power that heals. Though this is widely known, it is still only half of the Law of Healing (I prefer to think of healing as "transformation" because it does not hold the connotation that one is fixing something). The second half of the Law of Healing is faith. As love is the power that heals, faith is the power which allows love to heal. Ideally, the healer’s role is to provide a clear, surrendered, unconditionally-loving conduit through which God’s love can flow. The client’s role is to provide faith in the healer’s abilities. The healer’s faith does not negate the need for the client’s faith. The process and relationship is co-creative. If both aspects of the Law of Healing are not present, transformation does not occur. In cases wherein clients did not consciously acknowledge faith in the healer, God, the cure, the process, or themselves—yet still experienced "healing"—the faith was still present and strong enough in their subconscious to create the transformation.

On the other end of the spectrum is the "It’s not me; it’s all God" mentality. This false humility bespeaks a level of unworthiness. And beneath this false unworthiness lies arrogance and vanity. It is God, and it is you as God and as an extension of God. It is all co-creative. We are all created by God, in His/Her image, and endowed with God’s own divine nature and gifts. To deny this is to deny God, and to deny the God within you.

There is a place which lies in the center, a place neither boastful nor shameful—the place of the "I AM." To know oneself as God while at the same time reverently deferring to the supreme power and majesty of God is a sign of mastery. From this state of transcendence, true humility is born. It is from this state of being that a true healer can bring unconditional self, unconditional God, and unconditional love to the table. If you really want to see magic happen, see all your clients as whole and perfect as they are now, prior to rendering your services to them. Then watch the glory and power of God’s love further perfect their already-perfect expression of themselves as God. This is the true essence of healing.

The deeper your surrender and detachment become, the more impervious do you become to all outer circumstances. It is from this state of consciousness that the healer heals itself. The purification of the self, in turn, purifies and expands one’s gifts as a healer. With this new model in place, not only would you no longer be adversely affected as a result of healing others, you would become uplifted and exalted by doing so. Aches and pains would start to disappear as a result of tendering clients. Even your need for food and sleep might diminish. You would find mood swings becoming shorter in duration and intensity. More and more joy would be experienced because that light of God would be flowing through, unhindered, as it was being allowed to do its deed. In this way, Love’s effect on the healer would be very positive. The healer’s consciousness would now be one with it and no longer be monitoring it, controlling it, or trying to do something about it. It knows what to do. It found you, did it not?

The minute the gaze falls onto your separate existence, a life-sustaining, energetic cord is cut and you spin in a downward spiral into the depths of illusion. Again, it is all about perception—very different from avoidance and denial, which many practice. While you are dealing with, and growing through, your circumstance, the gaze must not fall from God. This was the great metaphor that Jesus delivered to Simon Peter upon the Sea of Galilee. He helped him to define the illusion. The moment the disciple looked to the sea upon which they stood (the illusion), fear rushed in and he began to sink. Jesus then said to him, "Lift your gaze. Look back into My eyes and do not take them from Me." It was in doing so that he rose again to walk on water with his brother Jesus, thus transcending the illusion.

It is always and only when your gaze is transfixed on Love that you can be in the world, but not of it, and thus no longer be affected by its illusions, no matter how real they might appear.

As the emotions of peoples all over the globe range from anger and rage, to sadness and despair, to shock and dismay, to contented disdain, no more pressing could be the need for the voice of God to calm the savage seas of human emotion.

While the news reports following the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 are speaking the collective voice of the people—one of revenge and retaliation—seemingly forgotten are the words God has sent for thousands of years to His children on Earth:  To live by the sword is to die by the sword.

My heart weeps as I hear so many call to God to actually bless their intent to murder in His Most Holy Name. Most of the wars on this planet are being fought over people’s professed love for God. And they continue to call God’s blessing upon each subsequent massacre of His own children.

To watch in horror as even the very leader of the entire free world (the President of the United States) calls forth God’s blessing upon his vow to annihilate and murder countless people to "set an example" urges Me to call out to each of you. Does it matter whether you call "murder" by the name "terrorism" or "justice?" It is still murder—the taking of another person’s life. Are murder and revenge the ‘examples’ you want to set for your children?

What are needed now more than ever in this world and, specifically, in the face of this crime are forgiveness, compassion, and understanding. After all, what is crime? It is a crying out for love (crime = cry / me). Everyone is in search of only one thing:  Love. People only know how to ask for love based on the way they were loved as a child. Some ask with kindness, others with violence. If your love is truly unconditional (without conditions placed upon your giving of it), you would give it as freely and equally to those who come with a consciousness clothed in the finest of silks as you would to those who come with a consciousness garbed in filthy, tattered rags. Do you think God loves the terrorist less than He does the priest? ‘Tis more noble to love and forgive than to judge and condemn.

Has the world turned a blind eye to the example set by Jesus? What about Gandhi? It was through non-violence that he single-handedly freed a nation of 300 million people. When will other world leaders have the courage to follow this example? You are each a world leader in your own right. Will you follow God’s example, which has been demonstrated by a noble few over time?

It will assist you if I widen the lens and show you these events from the Divine perspective. First, it is of the utmost importance that each of you looks in your own heart to see how these incidents apply to you, as well as what they are teaching you. There is nothing outside of self. What this means is that on the highest plane of Creation—on the level of the Absolute—the whole universe, and everything that happens in it, is nothing more than a hologram of thought forms, outpictured in physical reality for you to see, contemplate, and integrate all the disassociated parts of yourself.

This is one of the two reasons your soul incarnated on Earth, to remember and restore your full divinity. The other reason for your existence—the very meaning of life—is to be in service to a Purpose which is greater than the self. That "Purpose" is more commonly known as "God’s will."

To understand this universal truth is to know that you (created in the image of God) are all that exists. Therefore, as an embodied aspect of the Creator, it is wise to ask yourself what part of you created the destruction of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. And why? To teach you what about yourself? To elicit what growth, change, or transformation in your life and in your consciousness—for that is the only reason anything happens, to help you move into a consciousness of greater love.

It also follows, by the same divine principles, that all these people unwittingly gave their lives for you, personally. Yours is to ask yourself, "Why?" To retaliate or to even harbor any non-loving feelings toward any person or group means that all these thousands of souls would not have achieved the purpose for which they gave their lives in the first place.

Glorify their deaths by hearing their plea for all human beings to come together in love. Since they chose and created their deaths, too, can you see why they chose the World Trade Center as the vehicle? The melting pot of all nations, all cultures, all financial markets, all trade, all governments… all in one building, much less all in one city, all in one country. What a stroke of mastery.

Where else could this group of mighty souls have commanded the attention of every soul on Earth? And since money still reigns on Earth as the god deriving the greatest devotion, what more perfect place to divert humanity’s attention back to the only real God that ever existed than the very epicenter of all world trade? There can be no false gods placed before Me. Is this any different than Moses coming down from Mt. Sinai to see all his people worshipping the golden bull?

My message is as simple as it is clear. Thy gaze needs to be firmly planted upon God and God alone. All other idols and objects must fall a distant second to that gaze, that devotion, and that love affair.

The Divine, in concert with your soul, has only one motivating factor:  to remove any obstacle which stands between you and God. Those who refuse to acknowledge the truth of these words will inevitably magnetize unto themselves an even louder wake-up call. Whatever you resist persists and intensifies. That is the Law of Creation.

And why the Pentagon? It could have been any building in Washington. These souls hurled their bodies into the Ministry of Defense (of the country with the largest armed forces and which also happens to be the largest producer and trader of weapons in the world), offering their lives so that, perhaps, mankind will finally lay down its weapons and learn to love. Could the message be any more clear?

Your true power lies in your defenselessness. That is why you always see the saints portrayed with their hands at their sides and with their palms facing forward:  "Here but for the Grace of God stand I." Those who still believe that "might makes right" have never tasted or been touched by the true power of God.

The one wielding the biggest heart wins, not the one wielding the biggest stick. Weapons cannot raise a body from the dead. Weapons cannot make rain fall from the sky. Weapons cannot cure a person of cancer. Weapons cannot part the Red Sea. Yet, faith in the power of God’s love can do all these things and more.

The truth is that, eventually, weapons and war will no longer exist on this planet. And here we have a collective group of souls who chose to send this message home as their departing gift to this world:  Put down your weapons and stop fighting.

Years ago, when China invaded Tibet, killing and destroying anything in its path, His Holiness the Dalai Lama had to choose whether to fight or flee. Many wanted him to fight, just like now in the U.S. And a whole country was in jeopardy, just like now. He had soul searching to do, and he knew that people would be killed with either choice. One choice would make him a Christ; the other, a hypocrite. How could the leader of a non-violent people wage a war with weapons? So he fled… or did he?

The world views the Dalai Lama as "living in exile." I invite you to look deeper, into the realm of God’s will being achieved by way of—and in spite of—humanity’s free-willed choices. Unbeknownst to the people of Tibet, it was God’s will that this Dalai Lama reach a position of global impact and visibility. However, Tibet had several hundred years of history and tradition which decreed that the Dalai Lama was to live in the Potala and serve his country from there. How could God’s will be thus achieved? It would seem that God and His Holiness were diametrically opposed, even though the Dalai Lama is a man of God and devotes every breath to serving God.

It took something as forceful as China’s invasion to deliver the grace and goodness and love of the Dalai Lama to the whole world. He never would have broken centuries of tradition and left Tibet had China not invaded, the world would have been deprived of his love and wisdom, and God’s will would not have been achieved. Therefore, a wise soul would bless China for its part as much as it would bless His Holiness and the beautiful people of Tibet for all playing their parts in achieving God’s will:  to deliver the Dalai Lama to the world. Thy will be done, and is, always and everywhere.

Does this mean China’s actions were loving? Of course not. However, it is not Tibet’s responsibility, nor is it the Dalai Lama’s, to hold China accountable for its choices and actions. Their responsibility—as is yours—is simply to love one another unconditionally. China is holding itself accountable. The laws of cause and effect take care of themselves (as do all universal laws) perfectly—and in God’s perfect time and place, not man’s. As ye sow, so shall ye reap.

Is it really any wonder, then, that the country which finances and provides weapons for more wars, uprisings, and revolts than does any country in the world would draw—through the very same Law of Karma—this attack unto itself?

How can ones blame or judge the perpetrators of this bombing when they, too, are but pawns in the intricate play of humanity’s collective consciousness on Earth? You are the terrorist. You are every person on the airplane. You are the President, now choosing hatred over love. You are the building and everyone in it. And you are the soul, hungry for truth and assistance, who is now reading this letter to gain insight into the very fabric of your existence… and, lastly, you are the Christ who now has the opportunity to choose love and to make a difference in this world.

God uses whatever you bring to the table to achieve His will for Creation. What most of humanity has brought to the table are "greed rather than God" and "fighting instead of loving." Thus, this group of souls chose the global centers of money (World Trade Center) and war (The Pentagon) to deliver God’s message to the world. If the collective consciousness of this world (i.e. more than 50% of the world’s population) had its focus first and foremost on God (unconditional love), this would not have happened. It has nothing to do with terrorism.

Terrorism is a disease that lives inside almost every soul on this planet, save a few thousand souls. And the terror which pervades almost every consciousness on Earth is a deep, primordial fear/terror of God, resulting in Man’s continued self-imposed exile from its Creator. As within, so without. This, My beloveds, is the origin of terrorism as you know it, and the reason that it exists. When—and only when—the terror of receiving God’s love no longer exists in your mind, you will no longer see terrorism on your planet, much less be affected by it.

The universe is always in perfect balance. How that is demonstrated in your world of polarity is that "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." Thus, as more people awaken and surrender to God’s love, so does the "opposition" or resistance to that Love, likewise, increase. Humanity’s return to God happens through suffering for all those who relate to God through fear rather than faith.

Why New York City? This arrow was sent right into the epicenter of the planet. New York is called "the Hub of the Universe." This all happened in the shadow of the Statue of Liberty. While many people see Lady Liberty as America’s symbol of freedom for all the people of the world—freedom from oppression, freedom of speech, etc.—She actually has a much greater meaning.

The flame that Lady Liberty holds is actually the Ascension Flame for this planet. It is the three-fold flame, also known as the Trinity of God, and it holds both the vision and the blueprint for all of humanity’s ultimate freedom from living in separation from God.

That flame is now activated, and the madness you see in the world is all the willful, selfish resistance to God’s call unto His children:  Come unto Me. And the murder and destruction you see on the television is the part of you that says "No" to God, the part of you that says "i am not interested in what God wants. i want what i want, when i want it, how i want it, and where i want it."

Love (God) is reclaiming dominion of this planet whether anyone likes it or not. As you can see, many do not. "My will, not Thy will" must, and shall, soon be replaced by "Thy will be done." Each of you has a choice to come to the altar of God with your tail wagging or with your feet dragging, but come ye shall.

The greatest delusion that plagues the mind of Man is thinking that you ever had a life in the first place. Your body is the temple of God, temporarily loaned to your soul so that it could serve God while on Earth. Thus, you are all emissaries of God—priests and priestesses, by definition—whether you like it or not. Arise and awaken, My beloved children, to the true nature of your existence.

Your soul uses the least means necessary to achieve God’s desired goal. What this universal truth is saying is that this horrific display of events was the least means necessary to get your attention and return it to forgiveness, compassion, tolerance, acceptance, and to unconditional love.

There is a tragedy far greater than what the whole world witnessed on September 11, 2001 and that is the shocking possibility that very few heard this message, God’s message, and moved into a consciousness of greater love as a result of all that happened. Will you be one of the few? Will you heed the Word of God, avoid all temptation to judge, rise into a greater love for all your fellow man, and glorify all the lives that were given up for you?

I ask that you love, thank, and bless every soul who played a part in this chain of events—from the terrorists, to the mastermind behind the plan, to the passengers on the plane, to those who worked in the buildings destroyed, to all those now suffering and struggling to find their way to peace and love because of it. To the degree that you choose Love in the face of all temptation and adversity is to the degree that you walk in the image of God.

Not even one week has passed since the terrorist incidents in New York City and Washington D.C., and already I see the phoenix, the voice of Love among you, rising from the ashes. As vigils are now being held around the world, candles are burning, and the voice of reason, compassion, patience, and tolerance is growing louder still:  a call to love, a call to put down all weapons and love one another. Even though it took events so tragic to bring the world’s attention back unto love, the signs show that it is working.

Everything means something, everything that happens to you and around you. And while many are still insisting that message, that teaching, is one of hatred and revenge, I assure you it is not. There are no victims, as seen through God’s eyes. Thus, it follows that these thousands of souls unwittingly, albeit willingly, gave their lives to deliver a powerful message to the world.

Look in your hearts. Did they give up their very lives—their greatest possession, their greatest dream and joy—in an act so heroic, so noble, so selfless—to incite war and kill God’s Creation? No. They gave their lives to call humanity’s attention back unto itself, back unto love. As the world waits in fearful anticipation, their voice and their message is growing louder and louder with every passing day.

It is time you empower yourselves and one another to remember that the fullness of God runs through your veins. And it is your faith, your courage, and your perseverance in Love’s name that will turn the tides of this world and restore everlasting peace on Earth.

Some years ago, an angel was sent among you to give the American people back its voice. The man in whose body that angel silently walked was, and is, Ross Perot. In his individual campaign for the Presidency of the United States, rising and appearing out of nowhere, he single-handedly was responsible for creating the highest voter turnout in the history of the nation. God used that campaign to remind everyone of the power of one voice. And now I am asking that you use that voice.

As within, so without. Who would be so hypocritical as to now blame the President for the fact that he was put in office by a collective consciousness that relates to God more through fear than through faith? Before anyone points a finger in judgment toward him, remember that he is awaiting direction from the people. His motive is pure; he wants only to protect. But he is confused, and fear still holds dominion within the White House. The fact that he hesitates now shows that there is still an opening for a change of heart.

Citizens of the world, show him your support by not leaving him stranded with the most difficult decision of his life—initiating a potential Third World War. Call him, write him, e-mail him your feelings and wishes, and speak to him in your prayers. To believe that the voice and will of one man is stronger than the voice of God in your heart is the greatest act of folly.

If Moses had succumbed to that fear and temptation, the Red Sea would never have parted. Thousands upon thousands of soldiers marched toward this one man and the tribe he led out of darkness, with weapons in hand, hatred and murder in their eyes and in their hearts. And it was the voice of one, the faith and courage of one, that summoned the power of God so strong as to part a sea and lead a people to safety and freedom.

Do you think he possessed any power greater than the power that lies dormant within you? I ask that you believe. Believe in yourself. Believe in that very same power of God which is now available to you. Believe in the ability of that Love—if given your consummate faith and devotion—to consume your entire being and walk you, as it did Krishna, Moses, Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, and others.

This, I offer, is available to each and every one of you. Let these mighty souls who recently gave their lives be the catalyst. Let them be your inspiration. Verily, I say unto thee, should you miss this golden opportunity, another invitation will come—one larger, stronger, more cataclysmic in nature—to move you into love, to make choices based on that love, to draw strength from the power of that love, and to stand in the face of all adversity through courage and perseverance within that love.

If you choose to stay silent, yes, of course, God, in His infinite love and compassion will allow it to happen, because that is your choice. The last and greatest gift unto Creation is free will. You now have the power and freedom to choose, and you will sleep and dwell and work and live with the consequences of your choice. The divine irony is that all roads, all human choices, in the perfect tapestry of God’s will and infinite consciousness, will ultimately arrive at the same place.

Those of you who are already writing letters, holding vigils, calling radio stations, and—pray thee—writing to politicians and to the President, using all the resources you have available, are ennobling and glorifying the lives that were given up for you.

In return, shall your lives be so amazingly blessed, uplifted, and exalted from the mundane trials and tribulations you now know, and shall you be shown a clearer, more graceful path into the world of pure love. Because of your efforts on behalf of these ones, and on behalf of those living, for whom you have hope, compassion, and mercy:   As you sow, so shall you reap one thousand-fold.

Another powerful message has been sown into the collective consciousness by way of these events. A seed of confusion and uncertainty has been placed in the minds of most. Like mice scrambling to find their way out of a maze of confusion, the U.S. government is struggling to create so great a security web that it could offer its people a life free from fear of invasion, terrorism, assault and attack.

Please know that there is no system on Earth wise enough or strong enough to give you this protection. And this is the very message that this event was meant to parlay into your minds and hearts. There is only one way, one place, where you can find that level of safety, and that is in the power of protection derived from your Faith, a faith sourced by an unflinching gaze on God. Therein shall you find your safety and your safe harbor.

Only those who dwell in the fullness of that Divine, omnipotent companionship can walk free from the armor of weaponry and man-made security, free from locks, devices, and electronic systems—protected only, and completely, by the power of God’s omnipresent love. While only certain individuals have ever walked and lived to demonstrate this truth, the day will come when nations will, as well. Here, again, is the opportunity for America to be one such nation.

There already exists one true peace-loving country on the planet that currently issues a global statement saying it will fight no war on its own behalf, nor on behalf of any other country and, therefore, maintains no defense system or military operation whatsoever. As a result, this country is not invited into war, nor is war ever waged upon it. Instead, it lives in peace among all nations—an island in the Sea of Contentment.

The United States of America is not the most powerful country in the world because of its money, weaponry, and military fortitude. You have only been taught and trained to believe that. It is the most powerful country in the world because God has placed that power within this land, to shine the Light of Freedom brightly upon the world. The power had to be granted to your land and your people by God before it could be used. For all comes from the Creator, all originates from the Creator.

I am now asking you to draw from the wellspring of that power and might that was granted unto you, to use it in Love’s name, instead of in Fear’s name.

Let us, My beloved children, keep the horse before the cart. Heed thee, well, My words. Take them into your heart. Let them gestate and have their way with you. Sleep upon them, dwell and dream upon them. And, when you awaken from your introspection and contemplation, lend a voice to your sentiments and beliefs. Take action upon those beliefs. And remember to do so always with the utmost of patience, compassion, tolerance, and non-judgment for the feelings, beliefs, choices, and actions that all others make—like yourself—in their journey back into Love.

In so doing, shall Grace be planted with every footstep you make, and shall Grace be the trail that paves the way for others. Blessed be, dear ones, in whose most Holy name I come.

You are entitled to your own judgments, opinions, and feelings. None are wrong, none are right, but they are simply that—judgments, opinions, and feelings. As you continue to more fully accept My invitation to see them as that, while at the same time seeing all circumstances in your life as God’s will unfolding perfectly—by your own soul’s decree and in your own soul’s delight, even while you may experience torment or upset—your soul delights and invites you to do the same, for all that you can see, smell, and touch with your five primary senses is all illusion.

What lies beyond most mortal’s capabilities (or practices, I should say, for all are capable) is what is real—that which can be perceived by the purely loving heart, by the soul’s intuitive powers, and by the sacred gifts which lie dormant within the consciousnesses of most all human beings… in other words, the unseen hand and word of God. That is what is real.

May you come to know, see, feel, and experience more and more of that world, which is your world, which is all that is real. May you come to accept, with unconditional love, non-judgment, and non-attachment all that tempts your five lower senses into believing the unreal as being real.
