Desert Bloom (Slideshow)
Anza-Borrego Desert, in Southern California, is known for having the most colorful Spring bloom of any desert on Earth. This past April (2009), during a three-day men’s vision quest which I led in the most remote part of this vast wilderness, I took camera in hand to capture the surreal beauty which spontaneously rises out of this scorched earth for a few short weeks each year. No matter how many times I venture into this desert, I am at once in awe of God’s omnipresent magic and power, giving rise to such radiant colors out of mere rock, sand, and dust. I hope you enjoy these photos. With love…

In this intimate interview, Zimmaron Zsido recounts the fascinating story of how his Guru led him through an immense healing and rite of passage, wherein he broke through the veils of Separation and wound up in a fully God-merged state (known as Samadhi). In the wake of this nine-hour healing, he was blessed to live for more than a week in a fully enlightened state, offering sage advice to others and basking in the Oneness of God. This validated his knowing that liberation of the soul is, indeed, real, available to, and attainable by, all. In the video, Zimmaron also reflects upon the impact this had on his life and the profound blessing of having a Guru.
